I love this place. Great, friendly staff. Excellent food. They have daily specials. For March madness 2019 . $0.69Cent breakfast with a beverage purchase. 2eggs anyway, toast,1 slice of bacon . Perfect lil breakfast.
I had biscuits and gravy meal with 2 eggs, and homefries. I also added a side of biscuits and gravy, and a side of smoked sausage. total bill with a 2 dollar cup of coffee, was 12 dollars. this was very filling, they kept my coffee cup full, and asked if I needed more water. I put Frank's red hot on everything, I like spice.
Went there for the first time today with a buddy and his wife. Best breakfast and atmosphere in the surrounding area by far. Great prices and portions were nice, the presentation of the food on plate or skillet was nice also. Everything was cooked perfect, I will be back to this place fa sho
Delicious food with a great "home town" atmosphere. They were out of home fries and tater tots, so I tried their sweet potatoe fries... yum! The ribs were tasty as well. My bill was reasonable and the service was fast and efficient.
So fantastic! I kinda have a crush on this place. Everyone is so polite and always makes you feel welcomed. This guy who I think is the owner will come by and check on you and thank you for coming and I always respect that. Also they don't play the same music that you hear in every other store/ restaurant but they play the classics which I LOVE! I always recommend this place. So fantastic!
I love this little place!! They have some really unique choices for breakfast meals, and their cappuccino/latte flavors are incredible. It is so cozy inside I never want to leave, and the service is consistently friendly and quick.
We are not from the area were here doing work and called here the other day to have food ready to go so we could come directly in and eat. They not only had the food ready right on time, but the service was wonderful. The food was even more impressive. I highly recommend this place from the atmosphere to the staff to the food quality and price!
Five of Five. Delicious food, great service, and a very polite and humble owner. Ate there for the first time since coming back to visit Slippery Rock and I'll say that I'll definitely be back for a return visit. This place is starting off strong as a new business, keep it up guys!
I went on a Sunday morning for breakfast. The food and coffee were both good. The service was also good. During the winter months when it is cold out (as it was the day I was there). It creates a seating problem as there is nothing to block the cold air Everytime the door is opened. So the center tables are almost unusable. I felt the prices were fair and in line with this type of cafe/restraunt. I also noticed that they are a BYOB establishment from 9 am till close. It requires I'd and everyone at the table needs to be 21 or older with I'd. But if that is something you are looking for,. There are signs posted that it is ok.
This place has a nice environment, friendly staff, and great food. Only complaint is that it is busy and not too much seating so be sure to call ahead if you have a large party. Overall, had a great experience and will come back again!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Great breakfast and lunch specials at a good price. My top choice for a workday brunch/lunch in Slip. My daughter goes to SRU and I meet her their for lunch-she gets a 10% student discount.
Visited this place for the first time this past Saturday with my wife and son. Service staff was very friendly and helpful, the pricing was reasonable and the food was delicious! We were not disappointed and will definitely return again!
Good new food spot for the slippery rock area. Prices aren’t horrible for being in a college town, food was pretty good as well. Server was very nice but messed up our order and wasn’t very attentive. Regardless, I would go back.
Amazing food and service. Our waitress was amazing and the boss came around to check on us and was very sweet too! This place has an amazing atmosphere and wonderful decor.
We have already been here a few times since they’ve opened and it is my new favorite place! I’m glad we found it! The food is so good and Tom is an amazing chef! The prices are amazing too!
i’ve eaten here a couple of times, the food is always delicious, breakfast or lunch! wait staff has always been friendly, and i continuously left satisfied. i’d give a 5 star review but the seating is super limited and awkward and makes it hard to eat there sometimes, other than that, i love it!
