I had the pleasure of savoring a scrumptious Everything Egg Bagel with Lox, adorned with red onion and capers, and it was an absolute delight! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was top-notch too. The staff was not only quick in serving but also incredibly friendly, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. A perfect 10/10 for both the delicious meal and the outstanding service!
Great, fresh bagels that have a great chew on the crust with a soft, yet properly dense interior. Everything is fresh and delicious, including the streaming hot coffee that was smooth and not bitter.

Went there at 6:30am yesterday. Both people working were friendly and attentive. Excellent egg sandwich with very well done bacon cooked perfectly.

Because Bagel Factory is 0pen 24/7, their tasty breakfast foods can be enjoyed at any time! Their coffee is delicious and has always been fresh. I love my bagels with cream cheese & sliced onion there. But because of the unhealthy fat, I will often have avocado as a healthy fat substitute for cream cheese. Add salt and pepper; it becomes a taste sensation. Thanks for making it even better, Bagel Factory
I consider myself a bagel store expert. I try bagel stores all over long island and this is my favorite... For me, price is very high on my list of priorities. Bagel gallery keeps their prices affordable, values the importance of customer loyalty and fairness. They don't participate in the price gouging many other bagel stores partake in.
The bagels themselves are just ok, more like bread than a bagel, but I appreciate the slight lack of quality to keep the price down.
I don't live local, but whenever I'm in the area I'll make it a point to come here.
We ordered bagel and pastry platters for this Sunday 9/10/23. We had them delivered to the Hyatt Regency. They were there on time they looked beautiful and tasted great. We would highly recommend!!!

A 24 hour bagel store in Suffolk that has reasonable prices to go with it. Although they made a mistake with my egg sandwich, the bacon instead of sausage was actually delicious which for me is normally not the case as I’m not a BEC person, but damn it was good. The bagel was perfect as well and the coffee was HOT.
Growing up in Nassau the only acceptable bagels were bagel boss or bagel master. That’s it. So when I moved to Suffolk I was finding it hard to find a good bagel. THESE are GREAT bagels. Do yourself a favor and go here for your bagels

Incredible bagel spot! Just go! They have such fresh bagels (with great prices) and their sandwiches are always to die for! Warning though, they tend to be SUPER busy in the AM ( Especially on Sundays).

Excellent 24 hour bagel store. The lines move quickly and they always have really fresh bagels. One of their best items is the chicken salad, definitely get it on a bagel and youll be in love. Its also great in a pinch if you need a meal at 2:53 am and have nowhere else to go.
Best Bagels in the Smithtown area! I come every weekend to pick up bagels for the family. Being open 24/7 has come in handy numerous times. Fresh bagels come out throughout the day. Would stick to the bagels, as we have not been happy ordering sandwiches.
This was the best sausage egg and cheese on a bagel that I’ve ever had in my life! I was worried about some of the comments on here. I actually wanted to order another sausage egg and cheese right away it was so good. Bagels are warm and super fresh.
