I don't understand how this place is still open. They never get the order right, the staff is so rude you can't help but feel bad for them, and act like giving one sauce per taco is a sin
Went through drive through about 2:30pm today for lunch and placed 2 orders. Both had the Chedder chalupa cravings box and the 2nd order with a regular chalupa. They are always out of something, from sauce packets to lettuce to meat... the customer service is always bad, the employees act like it’s your fault they hate their jobs... & I’ve seen a lot of employees including management not wearing masks.
Finally! I found the best Taco Bell that gets your order right at the drive thru. Bravo! Thank you for a job well done.
This Taco Bell cancels with Ubereats. Three times, I’ve had drivers THERE but then after me waiting over an hour and them waiting in the parking lot, they cancel the order. One driver said he was waiting for 15 minutes, but my order was placed 30 minutes prior. I won’t be placing any more orders.
You never know if this location is open or not , their “system” is down a lot. Employees outside smoking or just sitting in the dining area.
