Noor is always fantastic! And, with celiac disease, I need to be really careful where I eat. Arsen is very knowledgeable about allergies and I feel comfortable eating there. Of course, the food is spectacular - shawarma, hommus, beef kebab, garlic sauce, and the absolute best sarma! Arsen makes stopping by a great experience in every way. Luckily, the whole family can agree going to Noor is a favorite. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow. Wow, wow, wow. If you are looking to have your perception of Mediterranean food elevated to a new level, and at a BARGAIN price, look no further. Noor Mediterranean Grill is undoubtedly some of the best, authentic Mediterranean food I have ever had.
This business was open all day and night during the February 5, 2014 snow storm. The food, even as the restaurant was closing down, was stellar. Every ingredient is noticeably fresh, and Arsen (the owner and executive chef) develops unique, complex flavors out of seemingly simple ingredients. The food is of an obvious higher quality than anything else in the area, and makes Amsterdam Falafel in Davis look like it started making falafel yesterday.
Both the beef and chicken shawarmas are uniquely seasoned and cooked to the perfect tenderness. The falafel is handmade from scratch -- no powders here. Oh, and it would be a sin to go and not try some of the garlic cream sauce. That sauce is purely legendary. Even the rice is cooked and seasoned to perfection, and all of the selections for side dishes compliment each other wondrously.
To top it off, Arsen is an extremely nice guy. He gave me 20% off my entire order for coming to pick up my meal in the snow. Nothing better than a good cook with great business ethics. Ultimately, this is by far and away the best food (let alone of the Mediterranean variety) in the immediate area. Tufts Jumbos have a lot to look forward to, as this place accepts ALL major credit cards (yes, AmEx included) and is planning on taking Jumbo Cash in the immediate future.

I eat here 1-3 days a week and absolutely enjoy eating Arsen's cooking. Beef or chicken shawerma, falafel or the kebab's. Everything on the menu is delish
Stopped on my way back to the office and was not dissapointed! Amazing beef shawarma wrap, this thing was enormous and weighed like a pound i couldnt even eat it all (so not complaining!) Fresh, delicious, and affordable. Falafel was also fantastic!! Stop what you are doing and come down here!!!!
I have been going to taste of India for at least 6 years now. Everytime I grave some fresh tasty Indian food, their samosas are the best.

Right on the Harbor, a hot spot for locals and tourists. Versatile seating options. The food was very flavorful and the presentation appetizing. I will dine again.
We started coming here during the pandemic. The food is delicious. I always go to pick up myself and they are always on time. Good size portions as well. I highly recommend.
Very good falafel wrap and falafel plate meal. The hummus and garlic sauce are both flavorful but not overpowering. The falafel are nicely seasoned with a good crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside. Prices are good and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The pita is good- nothing amazing- it neither adds to nor detracts from the meal. I prefer a chewy, thick pita but this one is fine for what it is.
New to the area and I’ve already gotten Noor takeout several times; it’s fantastic! I call and put my order in for pickup. The folks on the phone always ask if I want hummus, garlic, or tahini sauce- this is super important bc the first time I ordered from here I had someone allergic to sesame and they were super mindful with my order. The food is consistent and so tasty. Falafel wrap is delicious and has pickled turnips (my favorite, I’m Lebanese). Love the herby dressing on the fatoosh, nice tabouli, and the baba dip is smoky. Love it, and my husband gives it 10 stars 🌟

Do I dare tell the truth and risk the possibility of having negative effects? So I of course, being a firm believer in Karma, must be forthcoming and honest. It will mean more people, not less people. You thought it was going to be a negative review, didn't you?!!! Wrong wrong, wrong! It's the tippy top of all restaurants and eating establishments. The Tufts area has no better place than Noor Grill. Everything is fresh and I can honestly say there is not one item on their menu that I wouldn't eat.
The Noor Trio dinner is more than even I can eat. The Chicken Shawerma wrap is pure bliss. I recommend getting a small amount of garlic paste and hummus on the Shawerma wrap. Sarma aka grape leaves are just the way it is supposed to be. Light, flavorful and healthy. The falafel is also served as a wrap, side or dinner.
The bottom line is that I love the place. It has the big 3 things. The food is fresh, the portions are quite large and Arsen with his staff are up front and honest. The wait can be long sometimes due to the authenticity of a real place. Please get a time estimate up front. Tell Arsen that "The Neighbor" sent you. He will know that you are ready to get the best there is.
Noor Grill catered for our event and the food was mouth watering! We ran out of food because our guests kept serving themselves and going for rounds! Everyone was complementing the food, it was fresh and delish!! Highly recommend their catering services and can't wait to have another event so we can feast and enjoy the food again, soooo good!!!
