Just discovered this little spot, steps from the historic plaza in the town of Sonoma. No it’s not a toast place. The sign outside is actually the shape of a cork and not a slice of toast. Ha!
SIGH is a sparkling wine and champagne haven of deliciousness and delights. For lunch, I had the local sparkling wine flight along with the gourmet cheese plate and a little flight of the selection of especially made chocolates just for wine tasting. All outstanding! The service, the quality, the atmosphere and ambiance are all first class all the way. And, this truly is an authentic experience of Sonoma wine country at its best!
We stopped in while walking the town and glad we did. Super cute atmosphere and just a great place to stop in for a drink before dinner or just sit back and unwind. Love all the different champagne options.
Sigh has been on my list to check out for awhile, so glad I was able to visit while in Sonoma.

Elegant spot to enjoy some bubbly! We both did a Signature tasting plus an additional glass. The space was both elegant and relaxing with attentive staff. We used it as a pre dinner spot, but I'm sure it would work for anytime. The focus here is on champagne & and sparkling wines, so snacks are limited to a charcuterie, caviar, and some chips. A very nice way to let time drift by while you enjoy some bubbly with friends.
Whenever you are in Sonoma, don’t miss this absolutely gorgeous place. Everything is about sparkling here - design, people, wines, everything! We ordered Gloria sparkling with caviar and that was soooo good.
This champagne bar was recommended to us by a trail ride leader so we headed right over to grab some refreshment. Dave and Nikki were absolutely excellent behind the bar. I loved the California flight of bubbly and my partner loved the Moscow mule with added bubbles.
Sweet champagne bar. Three flight formats (premium @$115, international @$35 and California @$25). We did the California which was a little too cold initially but opened up as it warmed up (and held the fizz)
Shelby was incredible. Got the California flight followed by the champagne flight. Followed by a nap 🙌🏼 🥂

Customer service- 3 as small as this place is, a tad more attentive and dash of personality could be of service, especially since their Air conditioning was out and it was unseasonably warm out.

Decor- 5 stars. Chic, clean lines, with a posh feel. Feels like a champagne room in my native Manhattan and those on the Eastcoast.
Ambiance- 5 stars bc it's great for a girls day out, which we were out doing. A little people watching can occur.

This is a fab little bar serving an extensive bubbles by the glass menu, even top end brands. There is also a small bites menu, and wine and beer. Really friendly service, despite it being pretty busy.
This is the cutest little champagne bar and it’s located in downtown Sonoma. Unlike other bars, this place is brightly lit which makes the wall of mirrored art really sparkle! My friends and I ordered a bottle to share based on recommendation from one of the servers. This place is super cute and fun, perfect for a girls night out or a date night.
Had a fantastic time here. Cool, fun vibes and decor, but the owner Jayme is so cute and friendly it’s worth a visit just to meet and hang out with her.

Stopped in for a quick flight of French bubbles before going to dinner. This is a nice quaint and cozy spot for some champagne and was a hit with us.

Great selection of champagne, very nice sitting areas, knowledgeable and friendly employees. If you appreciate champagne you should stop here. We really enjoyed our time there. No surprise, the cost is somewhat high at $20-30 a glass, or more, but you will find it worth it.
This is an unpretentious, and relaxed champagne bar. Ambience was bright and very inviting. Our host, Joe, was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He definitely made our visit very special.
Cute but very girly and definitely targeted at the Instagram crowd. You'll get an amazing gram drinking champagne in their stylish space. Reasonably priced for Sonoma and loved the champagne tasting!
