I'm not going to give them a bad review simply because I've worked fast food so I know 90% of nightshift workers are kids and I also understand mistakes happen. However, I do think some of them need to be re-trained. First, we wanted to make the taco with our combo soft instead of crunchy. The order taker said "anything else?" and I noticed on the screen that she didn't change the crunchy taco to soft so I had to tell her again. Then I ordered a side of plain potatoes, a cinnamon twist, the Doritos tacos combo, and a few other things. I didn't realize until I got to the window and got my receipt that she rang up a regular fiesta potato, so I had to tell them again to make them plain. Then we got our food and pulled up to check our bag and realized they left out the 3 Doritos tacos, so we had to pull back around to get them. And then once we got going down the road, we realized we didn't get the cinnamon twist either but at that point we decided it wasn't worth turning around for. Most of the food was good and the boy that was taking payments at the window was friendly, I just wish the whole interaction would've went a lot smoother.
Richard, who is a second day employee is really a great drive thru employee. Multitasker to the 100th power. Bailey, Payton and Richard on the cooks line, killing it for time, and making sure the orders are right. This is definitely your late night crew you should have at this location. P.S. come train the scottsboro location please we beg of you.
Quick bite to eat. No lines, yippy. Yummy burrito 🌯
