I have recently added KC's Corner as one of my regular spots to hang out just recently. They have a good selection of domestic beers and local micro brews. KC's food is really great! I especially recommend anything that comes from their in house smoked meats. I think my favorite item I have had so far was their Reuben sandwich. Reuben sandwiches are a dime a dozen in north and central New Jersey so when I say that I recommend theirs you should know that it is amazing. I also enjoyed their taco salad pizza which reminded me of taco salad I used to have at church potlucks growing up in Wyoming. I have included a picture of it as part of my review. Their menu rotates, so they are always keeping you on your toes with new things to try!
Finally, a restaurant is only as good as it's wait staff, and I really like Trisha, Sherry and Cappy They have all been extremely friendly to me since I started coming there about a month ago.
Give KC's a shot if you are in South Plainfield. You won't be disappointed!
I really like this place. Their brisket is really good. Their fried food is always top notch. Last time we went there, the curmudgeonly bartender was complaining that he had to work all day and the owner didn't. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. We used to go once every few months. I'm not sure we will go again.
Ordered wings and salad for takeout. Both were great. Asked if I could get two sauces with the wings instead of one and was told could get two sauces on the side which made me really happy. Will be back!!! (It's hard to find good wings in this area for some reason these were great!)
Had a friends birthday here in the afternoon in their dining area. The food was phenomenal and the staff was as pleasant as could be. I would strongly recommend this place for any small get together. Also everyone who was drinking enjoyed their drinks. Hope anyone who tries here likes it as much as we did.
Think "Cheers", the show and add great food! The service alone would have you coming back.
Food is awesome. Sometimes they get a little skimpy and they are pretty highly priced but the food is awesome so always makes it worth it
