From Nicole's able attention to a phenomenal sausage and mushroom pizza and a brownie sundae to wrap it up, an overall great first experience. The crust on the pizza had the perfect amount of crunch/chew and was full of flavor. We will be back!

Great food. Kids polished off an entire flatbread and said it was delicious. Market salad was delicious but a messy eater like me needs a big bowl! Drink was great (had the Mint and Julep I think it was called) server was attentive and manager (I assume) came to check on us. Love the service keep it up. Impressed by the pace and skills of the man at the oven. Even paused to answer questions for he kids. Will definitely be back

I was in awe with their gesture and the food ! They get you the beer tasting and they have a wide range of beers which they change on a daily basis and the pizza varieties are so special . I’ll Love to go there again and again .
My family has gone here and had a great experience. So no complaints from them. I will get a better idea if I ever eat at the location. But as for the food. We absolutely love the pizza. Alot of it is made with local product. I love a thin pizza and they deliver on that. The cheese or pepperoni is just delicious. I have also gotten the Jimmy's free range chicken pizza. So good. Definitly a keeper for a pizza place and highly recommended
A taste of heaven in each slice and I am not being dramatic. One of the underrated gems in CT. They use organic and home grown herbs to bake this heavenly treat in a wood oven. And the charred bread is to die for. I highly recommend Flatbread Company!❤️❤️

Best local pizza business in Manchester! I had been driving past through this but tried very recently - the place has amazing interior, and very innovative menu with all local produce. We ordered a half and half Pizza and I must say - haven't tasted such a flat bread before. The cheese was so fresh and the pizza base was very authentic, bread-like - not like the usual oily/soggy pizzeria bases. Our server, John, who was also the bartender - was very kind to explain the menu even though we reached at closing time. Great service, great food, great ambience!
I've been to many Flatbread Co restaurants and this is a nice a Flatbread. The pizza had too much cheese or needed to be cooked a little longer, not quite as good as the Bedford Flatbread. They had a great salad that I haven't seen in other Flatbread.
I found the place nice and friendly. The decoration is artistic and you can watch the fire in the oven! Their lemonade is made by maple syrup instead of suger (different taste). Their gluten free pizza was good. The crust was the best part (fluffy and soft). The sauce and cheese taste was not my best experience but still not bad for people who like sweet sauce. Overall, their signature is the crust in my opinion. The price was around 17$ for a 12inch Gluten free pizza which is normal.
