Pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. Food is always tremendous, staff is VERY attentive yet unobtrusive. Atmosphere is comfortable and the bar/lounge area offers great drink specials for happy hour. One of the best steaks I've had. Sides are big enough for 2-3, all a la carte. Sourdough bread before dinner and a very extensive wine list with options from around the world. I know we will definitely come back and recommend this place.

My wife and I dined here to celebrate our anniversary. We had to cancel our trip to Omaha to see U2 perform, so we were a bit disappointed and wanted to have a nice dinner.
We had reservations for 6:30 and were promptly seated when we arrived. Our server, Richard, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable on the offerings and gave us time to look over everything. He brought us complimentary glasses of champaign and recommended an appetizer to compliment it.
The appetizer was the grilled bacon, and it was quite good! For the meal, I had the filet mignon (cooked medium) and my wife had the steak Roquefort (cooked medium well). We also had a half pound of King crab legs. The crab was sweet and delicious. Our respective steaks were cooked perfectly, as they were incredibly flavorful and tender. We’re big steak fans (I cook them often), and they were phenomenal.
Richard then offered us a complimentary dessert; we chose the peach pie á la mode. It was equally delicious!
When the meal was over, Richard brought the bill and then an envelope with a gift card for a future visit as a parting gift. He kindly shook our hands and departed. We were happy to honor his service with a good tip. We will dine here again!

The service was excellent and the food delicious the fillets were tender and full of flavor and the mashed potatoes are a top second on my list.
My favorite gathering spot of all times, the food is Outstanding, service is Impeccable and the entertainment is enchanting! We do not live in the area any longer, but this is a must go to spot every time we visit a city where Kirby's is located!
Kirby's has been my go-to spot for special occasion fine dining. I recently decided to mix it up and try a different spot and all I can say is, I'm coming back to Kirby's. The cocktails are great, the appetizers delicious, the steaks are always perfect to temperature. The service is top notch with a friendly and attentive servers.

My husband and I go here for date night every once in a while and the steaks are the best we have ever had! The Jalapeño bacon mac n cheese is sooo good! The service is always great too. Highly recommend Kirby's!

My favorite restaurant. The food & staff are perfection. Just enjoyed our leftover ribeye, lobster tail, and lobster risotto. Now heating up Pecan pie. Greatness!!!
Kirby's Steak house is great. Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Made us feel right at home. The Stephanie Nadonly quartet was great. More fun than we had in a long time.The wait staff was very attentive of our needs. the food was delicious. We couldn't have asked for more.
We have always enjoyed Kirby’s for dinner but thoroughly enjoyed going for drinks and apps. The prime rib sliders and dirty dirty martini’s can’t be beat. Add some great friends and you can’t ask for a better experience.

Kirby’s has great food and exceptional service. We love to go there for a special night out. YUM! We had a special tonight which was steak and cake - a small filet and a medium sized crab cake. So tasty.

Have been to this location twice. In both cases service was good and the food excellent. Once for a Glenlivet dinner event, and most recently for The Whistlepig tasting. Had the Carpaccio, a first for my wife and me, and it was excellent. The sliders served with the tasting were flavorful and worked well with the whiskey.
Will definitely be back for future events and dinner.

Kirby's amazing! Been away from TX for 6 mos. One of the things I really missed was Kirby's. Coming back i thought about their Carpachio for 1300 mi's. Last Friday night I finally indulged, just as great as i remembered!

First time at Kirby's. We really enjoyed our meal as well as the friendliness of the staff. Richard was awesome! Oysters were delicious and you can't beat dipping their sourdough bread into that lobster-car-go sauce 😋. Bone-in filet and sea bass were wonderful as well. We'll definitely be back!
Went here for a dinner date. The food was absolute amazing. Got the pan seared fish and glass of wine m. Service was top notch didn’t wait to long for it. Was little busy for Thursday night. But my date and I enjoyed it.

Kirbys is one of the first steak houses in Dallas, and they still hold a unique and rustic flair. Their meals are delicious, and the staff is courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable about their menu. If you’re in this part of town I would highly recommend that you stop by and have a meal here. The ribeyes are a perfect blend of meat and fat, creating a sumptuous marbling and a rich flavor throughout. The seasonings are simple allowing the flavor of the meat to shine through. The steaks were perfect temperature and the Seabass was extraordinary. The plating is what you would expect from a high-end restaurant very magnificent presentation of the Seabass, and a simple presentation for the steak. They have two types of mac & cheese on the menu, one being the traditional lobster mac & cheese and the other being a jalapeño mac & cheese. The lobster mac & cheese was absolutely delicious, a rich cheese flavor and perfectly cooked noodles with a balance of a well steamed lobster. The jalapeño mac & cheese is a rich green color reminding me of pesto however the flavor is strong and spicy, allowing you to really capture the heat of the jalapeño while not overpowering the cheese. They have a fantastic Caesar salad which is perfectly dressed throughout and well proportioned. In addition their au gratin potatoes are a fantastic choice for those looking for a starch. And all I would highly recommend are you trying this restaurant.
Excellent service! Lovely dining experience. Romantic ambiance, however, it was very loud, but we went on Mother's day, so, it was busy. We may dine again in the future. It was expensive, at least $100 per person.

I had the opportunity to dine here for a business meeting, and it was outstanding. I actually didn't realize how perfect a steak could be, before tonight. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. Next time, I'm going to have to get some wine. Highly recommended.
I visited here while on a business trip to the area. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but what made the whole experience phenomenal was Astrid. I have never had a better server. She made us feel at home and provided excellent suggestions.

What a wonderful night out. This past weekend we enjoyed a tasty rare steak with a lovely bottle of red wine with friends. Kirby’s never disappoints! Definitely 5 stars
Had an incredible dinner. The mushroom risotto was the best I've ever had. The filet was so tender I didn't need a knife. Paired with a great glass of wine.
