This year they had a system with associates outside and inside the store. This ensured everyone was in ONE line and the wait wasn't long at all. Good job to the management and staff!

Love these cakes. The place was packed. Our daughter purchased a cake for my birthday and we took it to Kentucky. It made for a sparkling and delectable desert for my birthday party. Then on my birthday we went back to the store and they gave me a bundtlet. I now have seven bundlets on my kitchen table. Looking forward to trying them all...

I needed a large quantity of a desserts for a charity event and someone recommend NBC. So I went in and was fortunate enough to work with the owner DeeDee, who was generous and helpful in making this part of the event effortless! Thank you DeeDee!

Although there are other Nothing Bundt Cakes in my area I certainly make the drive to Southlake for the service, also the South Lake location not only supports Non- Profit Organizations in their community but have always without any hesitation help with charities throughout the Dallas/Fort worth Area, never have I ever seen a company that has so much to offer.... not to mention there is Nothing like the Nothing Bundt Cake!! Thank you so much for a delicious red velvet cake and bundtinies. The customer service is beyond expectations. I totally forgot to pick up my order and after they closed the store, they were very kind to open the door and give me the order a few minutes late. Thank you so much!!!!!
I went to pick up my order today the line was out the door and around the building of course it was graduation waited about an hour to get my order the two young ladies which were the only employees working the front we're so cordial and sweet even though they were so busy it was Non-Stop thank you for your excellent service I will always go to Nothing Bundt Cakes
