delivery times are usually on point however there have been times when i found myself waiting almost 2 hours...i live 5 mins away! they do their best to make up for such delinquencies and i appreciate the effort made to right the occasional wrongs. the food here is consistently prepared properly unlike the other local stores ergo i prefer this location.
Firstly whatever y’all did that has changed, yessss. I have ordered twice from y’all today (I’m a college student and work full time mom of 8 lol) and y’all are on it!!! Food has been amazing AND they even called me to let me know the delivery time would be long and asked if that was fine, which it was for this late at night (the earlier one was way faster) and thanked her for letting me know! She made sure my food was hot and right with everything I ordered. And it actually came way earlier than she said!!! Food is so good and drivers were great!!! Keep it up!!!!
Ordered online with mobile app, using 5.99 coupon code. Ordered a handmade pan with beef & bacon and traditional sweet tai wings! The my driver arrived within reasonable time with very hot food! I called a asked if the would run my wings through twice (I like to make sure it’s cooked 🤣) and they honored my request! She was very sweet and friendly over the phone. They were cooked perfectly! My pizza was hot the toppings were very generous! I recommend to get the handmade pan it blends well with the sauce!
