Reviews Hope's Chow Mein & Chinese

I have been going to Hope's for about 10 years. This is my favorite American-Chinese restaurant for the food. The atmosphere is definitely nothing special - don't go for the "ambiance". Plain booths, old building. But the food...wow. I normally order the chicken or pork fried rice, or the orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken and Sesame Chicken. If you like these dishes, I would say they are the very best in the Twin Cities. I've tried SO many Chinese restaurants looking for "the one"...with the very best fried rice...and this is definitely the place. To be honest, I haven't tried anything else on the menu, though. I've read some negative reviews about this place. Maybe some of their other dishes aren't as good? Not sure...but of the dishes I listed in my review...I boldly say...the best I've had. Absolutely fantastic.
