Very good Chinese food! Was a bit oily with the egg roll, but it is Chinese. The hot and sour soup was okay, but wish it was a little better. The lo mein was very good. The chicken was delicious and hot in temperature. I do think the spiciness was kind of low for general tso. Overall, I do recommend.
We love everything about Hong Kong from the food to the service. They take such good care of you and are super attentive. We have never been disappointed ever!! Let me not forget to mention that the food is so hot, Fresh and delicious.
Open seating , with little decor , but my gosh is this Chinese food the best I’ve found locally. Slightly more expensive but generous portions. The General Tso is amazing, the Spare ribs are crispy and delicious, and I can not stress enough to order the House Special Fried Rice 🌾!!!! All the classic flavors we crave in this cuisine.

I discovered this place by accident and it’s by far the best Chinese Restaurant I’ve eaten at! Their orange chicken is my favorite. The right amount of spice, crispy chicken, and the spring rolls are delicious. I live over half an hour away and I do not mind the drive if I’m craving it. My family and I have dined several times since we came across this place.
Service was sharp, the food was great, and atmosphere was retro Chinese Restaurant style from the 70's...awesome! Not to be missed if you're in the area. Great value as well.
The food was very hot and fresh when it arrived to my house! Delivery man was very sweet, he wasn’t supposed to be here till 3:26 and got here at 3:15! 😄 may I add $25 for two dinners isn’t bad at all!!
Customer service is A one. Food is fresh and amazing. OMG Family Dinner is off the chain. You get the wonton soup, crab puff and egg roll with a main entree as well. Great deal and quality of food. Come with a appetite because plenty of good food will be served. Family oriented atmosphere.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I've been in! Not only was the food delicious the waitress was absolutely amazing. I didn't get to ask her name, but on the receipt it said Nancy. Will definitely be returning.
Came here because we wanted to enjoy a local Chinese restaurant instead of quick-service Chinese and we found this place. I had General Tso's Chicken with steamed rice and my wife had Mongolian Chickenwith fried rice; both were lunch specials and came with a spring roll and a choice of soup (we had egg drop). Food was very tasty and the portions were very generous, so we asked for a to-go box and our server joked that we didn't have to cook dinner that night! Atmosphere was very welcoming and staffers were all friendly and personable and made nice conversation with us. Glad we came!

I have a love of Chinese food, so naturally, coming from NYC where good Chinese is on mostly every corner and always fantastic, I struggled a bit when I relocated to the Spring, Texas area. I've tried many places. Some with really high reviews on FB groups and yelp. None compared. When PFChangs becomes an actual option, you know you've hit rock bottom.
Then I found Hong Kong Chinese. It is hands down the best Chinese food restaurant in the North Houston/Spring/Conroe area. Its as good as any random Chinese food place you will find in NYC's five boroughs.
The soups are perfect. Not overly salty like many others. They have delicious "NY" like egg rolls. The food is fresh and very tasty, not greasy, not overly done with spice to make up for lack of flavor (unless you ask for it to be) and it never leaves you with regret. I wish they would offer Fried Wontons, maybe not be so sparing on the soup noodles and Tea bags (when ordering for pickup), but hey as the old saying goes, beggars cant be choosey!
The Kung Pao Chicken is my favorite. If anything above resonated with you. Go get your Chinese fix from here!
Recently ate here with my family, dinning inside is even better. Delicious and friendly staff. Made it a great meal for my family and I. We'll be back!

We have been going to this restaurant for the past 6 years. The food is always great consistently. Have never had to complain. Service is always great. Nancy is the server that always waits on us. Large portions of food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We absolutely love this place! We went for the first time and I was amazed how good the food was. We recommend the bourbon chicken,special rice and noodles. THE PUFFFFS WERE SOOOOO GOOD! it’s a must for now on!
