Went there a few nights ago. Its a new restaurant so you can tell the service is still getting the kinks worked out. Don't let that discourage you from going to eat there. The service will get better. The night we went there was live music. We had the alligator bites and those were excellent. They were like little nuggets with a kick. I've never had alligator like that before. If you like spicy I would definitely get that as an appetizer. I had the shrimp basket which was good but the catfish was the best. The waiter recommended we try the banana pudding. It was to die for!! If I could buy it by the jar for parties I would!

What a great place! Although the place is new, and not very busy during the week, it was perfect. The live band played a great variety of music and was pretty good. I had the oysters, crawfish, and gumbo. I have to say, everything I ate was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fresh and had a very clean taste. The crawfish were pretty big, especially for this early in the season, and the flavoring was spot on. The gumbo was simply to die for. As for the service, excellent! I know it takes a little bit to get all the right people in place, but they are doing a great job. Even overheard another customer telling the owner, Tod, how great his service was!! I truly enjoyed the experience, and will recommend to others.

What a wonderful place! As soon as walked into this place I could tell it was going to be a cool experience. Larger place than I expected . We had the shrimp dip and boudin balls as an appetizer and they were great. Gumbo was fantastic ( New ORLEANS style) Then I saw a huge tray of Crawfish delivered to a group of tables and I had to have some. Oh Yeah I've found me a new cafe that has everything I like. Not to mention the unbelievable band that started playing when we were finishing our dinner. So we headed to the bar area and soaked up the tunes. I'll be back often.

This was a real cajun delight! The large boiled shrimp was amazing...and caught in the gulf which made it much fresher than places that have imported their seafood. The redsnapper had great flavor, as well. The banana pudding!!! What a hit that was! Highly recommend this place! The owner came to the table and was very friendly!

First time visiting, we normally go to Captain Toms and was a little leary, BUT we were pleasantly surprised. Gumbo was great, crab cakes were delicious as well as the grilled redfish. Tartar sauce was awesome. Drinks were made too. Loved it and will b back

Tasty, fresh food not overly salty. Service was good too. My daughter ordered chicken strips and fries and it didn't taste fishy which was awesome!

Eaten three several times now and the place is great. The staff is courteous, the food is great, and they have live music on weekends. Love their boudin balls.

Food was excellent! I got the fish Pontchartrain... the fish filet was good even without the sauce by itself. And the shrimp were very good as well.
