Great place to go in the Springfield area for korean food. Soups are delicious and come to you piping hot and steamy. They offer a few items that you can’t find at other korean food places too. Clean and service is very good. Bon chon items are very delicious too.

Kang Chon was a lovely restaurant. Our table had beef bulgogi and steamed dumplings. The bulgogi is delicious and the portions are big enough that you can spilt with a friend and still leave full. The dumplings were also exceptional. We ordered a twelve dumpling basket for the table and shared. Our waitress (who I sadly didn’t catch the name of) was very kind and walked us through what the side dishes we didn’t know were called and gave us excellent advice on how much to order. Over all very positive experience.....definitely recommend going to this little gem!

Authentic Korean food. Comparable to LA’s Koreatown quality. Pork feet highly recommended.

This place is very much underrated. Food is good, fresh and very delicious. No fancy decoration. But if food is important for you not the fancy decoration then this is the place for you. Very Clean environment and people are friendly. Me and my wife love to go regularly there and they never failed to satisfie our taste.

I left Virginia 3 years ago, and I still dream about the food from this place. It was amazing and the prices are affordable. I especially miss the spicy octopus. OMG it was so delicious. We used to eat there once a week. I hope I can eat there again sometime before I die.

I am SO glad I found this restaurant through pure dumb luck. The food is excellent, wonderfully seasoned and served up in generous portions. I especially love their fried dumplings (man du). The staff is friendly and helpful, the little dishes on ban chan get cheerfully refilled when empty, and the prices are reasonable to boot. I'll keep coming back.

The staff seems friendly and the decor is about normal for a korean restaurant. I had the jajangmyeon which was a bit under par. The real redeeming quality of this place was the kimchi. Out of all the korean restaurants I've been to this place had the best kimchi which gives me hope for their korean menu. I definitely plan to go back and try their korean food.

We've been coming to this restaurant for almost two decades. The ownership has changed several times and it remains a great place for the family to enjoy Korean food. Clean, reasonably priced and delicious.

Really delicious the location looks typical but the food is anything but. The meats have flavors and spices that are out of this world and the dine in isn't out of the question. Pleasant staff and comfortable seating. Will return.

Hidden gem in Springfield! If you like Korean food, you really need to try this place! Mr. Shin is a great guy and he and his staff will take care of you like family. Really some of the best Korean food in the area, and who knew you'd find it in a strip mall! Parking can be a bit tight. If you're local, they do deliver.
