Above and beyond every time I go. I have food allergy to fresh tomato and the staff at this location truly take it seriously and make sure it is clean and wiped down before making my sandwich. They clean everything and change out the knife. Every time. Doesn’t matter who is working ! Shoutout to the mgr of this location for ensuring they understand the severity to food allergies !
there are better subs out there in this wide world of ours, but j. mike's (as i like to call it) does a pretty good job. i always forget what "mike's way" is, though, and i kinda feel like a jerk when they have to explain it to me for like the 6th time
We have eaten at a many different Jersey Mike’s throughout the country. Being active duty, we travel and live in many different locations. This by far is the best ran jersey mikes.
Tonight was my first time at this location. The very sweet woman who took my order was so respectful and was very knowledgeable on the menu. Her name was River and because of my experience with her I will be coming back to this store again . River would be a good fit for management material. I would highly recommend this location. I have been to the springfield location and I stop going due to the disrespectful employee they have working there. Thank you River for a job well done an being so caring. You can tell she like her job.
The crew that works here is truly amazing. They care about their customers, they go the extra mile (or 5) every time. To the franchise owner—you have an amazing staff! We have always been happy with the food. My one complaint is that the restaurant itself is ways freezing—great in the summer but brrrrrrrr in the winter.
First time in here, we have an office right next-door. Sam is great, excellent customer service definitely will be back.

Cleanliness: 5/5. No trash on floors and when the line gets smaller, employees actively clean and wipe tables
Staff: 5/5, although young, staff were friendly and approachable to all showing great customer service training
Chain representation: 4.85/5, the food tastes as one would expect, and they offer all menu items as normal, I'm only docking half a point as due to the smaller location, their large menu seems to be missing items that they can make. Unless you know about those sandwiches or check the online menu, you wouldn't know about them. But this is a tiny gripe and not really worth mentioning. I'm just rambling for word count now
All in all, a great rep of the chain

Okay, so we all know there are hundreds of sub shops in the DMV. Simply put, GO HERE! Go to Jersey Mike’s in Ravens Wood Shopping Mall off of 495 and Braddock road immediately! Don’t waste your valuable time pondering which sub shop to eat at! Joe the manager and his fabulous crew service up a quick, delicious, fresh sub with tons of friendly customer service! You want a great sub made by hard working, enjoyable folks? There’s only one place for a sub and it’s Jersey Mike’s in Springfield VA! I’ll be back!
JM is so much better than the alternative. I went today and had a sandwich which fell apart - team was rushing a bit and saturated my sandwich with "juice"...messy but tasty. Sadly, the Ultimate Cookie (which is pricey) was dry and tasted old - took one bite and it crumbled...threw the whole thing in the trash - that was actually supposed to be the highlight of my lunch. Anyway, the staff is always nice.
First off, I walked in and I saw two young gentleman chefing up the FRESHEST sandwiches. I’m saying the speed and decisive movements that they made these sandwiches were on par with samurai. At that moment I knew that I had made the right food venue selection.

Mike: I don’t know if he’s the great great grandson of THE Jersey Mike, but if so the original patriarch would be damn proud. Seriously, the presentation and efficiency of the food prep had me tippin 20% because these young men take pride in what they do!

I order from here all the time and always have a good experience. All their subs are made to order, even their hot subs. One of the better Philly cheesesteaks down this way.
Staff is always polite and friendly. Plus free subs with their rewards program from ordering often.
This is my favorite sandwich shop. I eat lunch here up to three times a week. Some of these reviews, especially ErinthePineapple's, are completely off the mark. The staff are friendly, efficient, and make damn good sub sandwiches. I will continue to patronize this establishment for years to come.
The place looks clean. Ordered a ham and cheese cold sub and it was pretty good, particularly I think the vinegar also adds a nice balance to the flavor.
