Today I was one of the lucky customers that got asked if we wanted to try the new ordering kiosk. The burger I ordered was delicious. I am so glad that they are making this available because it now gives us all a choice if we want to be waited on at the counter or place the order ourselves. You have the option of paying at the kiosk or still going to the counter. The order takes approximately 10 min. and it is made fresh and it is well worth the wait. Larry the Store Manager was very courteous and so was the gal who is the Manager at the Lonepine location and had the pleasure of showing me how to use the system. Once your order is placed they give you a disc with a number on it kind of like they do at Olive Garden when you are waiting to be seated. Once it is is ready they bring it out to you.. I had the 1/3 lb. burger with pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and garlic mayo on a chibata roll. and it was so delicious. Thank you to all of you who came out and checked on us today it was a very very enjoyable visit.

Simply one of the best stores EVER!!!! The only store that comes close is the store on Sunshine & Lone Pine.

My wife likes her quarter pounder with no cheese and only ketchup. At other McDonald's she has more often than not gotten cheese when specifically saying no cheese. We got exactly what we ordered. Great job!!!

I work in food service. I use to work at McDonalds. They are overworked and under staffed. I ordered 2 big Macs the other day they were great. No problems tasty and i ate it all down to the lettuce. They work hard obviously! If people have a problem they should try working here during a pandemic very few can!props to you guys!

Okay, this is something I've been experiencing not just at this McDonald's, but alot of others too, for some reason all of them I've went to in the last two weeks have been overcooking their fries, they usually are soft yet crispy, now they're hard and hurt your gums, I don't know if McDonald's decided to change the length of cooking, but they need to go back to the original length of cooking their fries. Other than that I've had no issues.
