The meat is always fresh and they have a great selection of jerky/beef sticks! Whenever I go somewhere else now, I feel like I'm cheating on them haha. They are so good.
Excellent meat at fair prices. Jerky isnt what it used to be but the bone in beef and pork has always been good. Try the flat irons.
We bought the mixed meat pack,so far everything has been so much better than what you get at the grocery stores. The meat doesn't smell as if it is about to spoil. I've cooked your chicken,steaks,beef roast,ground beef, and pork chops,the whole family loved all of them.The meats are so tender,tonight I slow roasted a 3 pound rib roast at around 250 degrees for about 3 1/2 hours, total perfection. I can't wait to get my next batch.
