My family eats food at or from El Charro's Springfield location regularly and we all love it.
We are vegetarian so we can't speak for the meat, but they do have an entire vegetarian section in their menu, which is awesome. Due to my ordering habits, I haven't actually looked at the menu in a while, but from my experience El Charro has one of the best vegetarian selections for Mexican restaurants in the area. And the food is great!
Also, we had a family member that had a temporary allergy to dairy (weird, I know) and they were able to work around that and make their favorite dish without dairy.
I highly recommend this place!
Food was pretty good, but the dude that was waiting on my kids and I was pretty awesome. Hooked it up for the kids. I got no complaints.

Absolutely delicious. Fajitas is how I judge a mexican restaurant so, I had the fajitas and hands down best I've had in Eugene Springfield area. Definitely recommended !!!
