First time visiting The Press tonight. The fish tacos were the best we’ve ever had! The flavor was amazing & the freshness of the slaw was obvious & topped with just the right amount of zesty sauce. The sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection. The dessert was another “best ever”. We thoroughly enjoyed the white chocolate bread pudding. The warm custard center with the caramelized top was the perfect combination. We noted this place surely has a good Chef who cares about his food.
Took my mom there this past weekend since she was craving a burger and my bf said this place was amazing.... he was right! My mom said in her 50 something years she has never had a burger this good. I usually don't order burgers when I go out to eat but the first thing I chose wasn't offered anymore so I switched to the black and blue burger and I literally dream of that burger every night now. It was AMAZING. They also had their strawberry cobbler - we got the last one they had available and that was even to die for. I would highly recommend this place. Service was awesome as well! We will definitely be back!
Great food and plenty of options if they are missing an ingredient that goes into your dish. Just went in for the first time yesterday to see what everyone was talking about and I really enjoyed it. There were only two tables empty when we walked in, both of which had to be cleaned off before we could choose which one to sit down. Which means we were able to experience the lunch rush! On a Sunday! Haha What were we thinking?
But the food was delicious! There are non meat and non dairy dishes to choose from~ The staff was knowledgeable and informative, even with the pressure of a full house. There's a kids menu AND kid friendly cups!
This place is great. The atmosphere is great. Local art on the walls that you can buy if you fall in love with it. Lots of beer and wine options. I am excited to come back and try the craft beers sometime soon.
The Press is definitely a great contribution to the neighborhood.
I can not say enough about how wonderful The Press is. Kevin and staff are so welcoming no matter how busy they are. I try to have lunch there at least once a week and have been for months! I've never been disappointed. In my opinion, everything that Kevin and his cooks make is mouth watering delicious. Thank you for the hospitality and making the best food EVER!!! See you all soon!!

We have visited The Press on several occasions and have had a fantastic experience each time. Last night we had a party of 7 including three kids for dinner around 7pm. Gabby was our server and she provided EXCELLENT service to each one of us. She took special care of the kids and even made sure their desserts all looked the same size-you know how kids are with the treats. On top of the great service our meals were delicious! Our table had the Grouper Special, Rosemary Chicken, Fish Tacos and Salads (omg the balsamic dressing is everything!). The preparation, presentation and timeliness were all perfection. We could not have had a better dinner anywhere else. Thanks so much for such an enjoyable family night out.
The most amazing food I have ever had that atmosphere and staff are The best I really thought I was a really good cook now that I have a eaten there it really has me doubting it if you've never been here you must try it
My husband and I have been repeat customers at this awesome establishment for almost a year! Every meal is an experience and the staff are very friendly and professional. There is an extensive, yet rotating, list of beers that are international, national, and local. If you come to this place just make sure to start your meal off with some house-made fried pickles. You won't regret it! Everything after that will probably be a great decision anyway.
Get the Hawaii 5-0 best burger best burger I have had in a long time!! Waitress excellent! The Manager is So handsome!! Haha! From Jesrsey and will be back!!
My Husband brought Home 2 Orders Of The Clam Specials Tonight, I Have To Say They Were Honestly The Best Clams We Ever Had. Excellent & Juicy.We Always get Excellent food From The Press,Always fresh & Delious.My Husband Also Brought Home Delious Apple Cobbler With Cinnamon Ice cream. Have never been disappointed here. Amazing food for reasonable prices in a casual environment that feels like home. Our favorite place to eat in St. Augustine.
The Hawaii Burger was amazing probably one of the best burgers I have had and forever. The service was even better than the burger!

Wow! The Press catered a party for us and the food was phenomenal. Kevin and Simone were a pleasure to work with in helping me create a menu within my budget and the food was delicious.
This place is awesome Staff and owner are eager to have you return. I'm new to the St Augustine area and cannot wait to become a regular there.

I wish there were more stars. The food is unbelievable. As well is the service. Everyone there is great. I travel a lot and try local eateries rather than chains and by far this is the best place I've ever eaten.
We've been to the press a couple of times now and the food is always great. Burgers are phenomenal, the best in St. Augustine. This time I tried the philly cheese steak with fried pickles. It was the best Philly I have ever had. I don't think this place does anything bad. Waitresses are great here as well.
Would give them 6 stars if I could. The Conquistador burger was the bomb. Filet was excellent as were the mashed taters. This place is a little out of the way from the downtown stuff (it is on the East end of a shopping mall) but so worth the visit.
Finally got to eat at the press and it was magnifico' ! We ordered to go and it was made fast and oh so fresh. Love the prime rib sandwich , came with Caesar salad that had delicious homemade dressing and the white chocolate bread pudding with Carmel drizzle and whip cream was out of this world. Me and my other half will be back to try more flavorful food and great service. Thank you chef and staff xoxo
It was a very popular spot we had to wait a bit to finally sit but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT! the staff was prompt and so friendly. The food was delicious and an amazing quality for a very reasonable price. Even though we had wait they got the kids food out right away and our food was right behind. I had to wait less than a minuet for a glass of wine, Im pretty sure the bartrnder heard me order and got it before the server even put the order in. Excellent service. The bread pudding was the best Ive had and kids loved the fresh baked cookie Sunday
I own a business nearby and have been a regular here for years. Never had a bad experience, food is always amazing and fairly priced. Good selection of beer on tap and staff is very friendly. I’d put their food up against anyone in town without the hassle or price of going to one of the big names downtown.
I actually give them a 4.8 Stars , I would have given them 5 but my fiance's burger while still very good and juicy according to him was not cooked medium as requested. However everything else was fantastic! The Gingered Calamari was the highlight of our meal! My burger was cooked to perfection and the White Sangria was Amazing 😍 The atmosphere is so relaxing. Definitely will be a return visit 😍🤩
Our friends brought us here for lunch. We read the reviews and anticipated a great meal... NOT disappointed! Three of the group had burgers and I had their chicken Parm sandwich. All were delicious! Beer and wine had an excellent selection.
Service was wonderful. Thank you Barb, our server and Scott the owner for a delightful lunch experience and we will be back.
The datil burger was tasty once I got to the center! Didn't love the sweet potato fries. The chicken portobello flatbread was good and we loved the basil cream. A little overpriced at $14 and $15.
