Thoroughly enjoyed everything about my lunch At Hyppo Cafe! Large inviting area with cool tables and chairs to dine at, unique menu with a variety of sandwiches, salad and fruit pops (chocolate dip, too!). Service great and prices reasonable! Will definitely be back and suggest to friends as well!
Got a nice little pot of hot tea and bought a package of it to take home. Terrific selection of popsicles. I got carrot-ginger because it was no sugar added. The flavor was intense and delicious. I live in Savannah but saw that a store on Broughton street carries their popsicles. Will be going there ASAP.
TBA was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Great service. Highly recommended!

Greatness!
Got the Superfoods Salad and was seriously pleased! A Hyppo Ice Pop of dragonfruit, lime and coconut was a perfect dessert. Staff was lovely, even though they were having credit card processing challenges. We were a Big party and everyone was happy with their meals! Grabbed an americano to go (taught the girls about a "half-caf" �) and it was one of the best I've had, ever! Thank you! Wish I lived locally!!

The TBA (turkey, bacon and avocado) salad & sandwich are awesome!!! Peppermint Mocha...nice! The younger people would say this place is "legit"...whereas an older person would say that the TBA is "2 legit, 2 legit to quit"...LOL!!!

Best popsicles ever. Today I tried the blueberry cinnamon and my husband had the sea salt chocolate. Both were scrumptious. Just the right thing on a hot St.. Augustine day. I usually have one of the pistachio varieties. They are, without a doubt, my favorites! The food id's great here, too, but I go for the popsicles!

The Hyppo Coffee Bar is the best place in St. Augustine to come and relax or study and get some great espresso drinks. From hot or iced teas to beers and wines the Coffee Bar has just about everything. Fresh baked quiche, empanadas, bundt cakes and cookies as well! The pop selection here is great! You can always find the pops in season.
What a great place to relax and visit friends or study. I had an iced mocha. My children enjoyed trying the popsicles! It was a great experience and I'll definitely stop in next time I'm in town
I came in for the grand opening, so obviously the vibe was popping! Over all my impressions are positive. The space has tons of arm chairs, as well as large tables for socializing. I had a cappuccino, which had an excellent flavor in the espresso, not sure if it was the trilogy or bold bean brew they boasted serving (though it didn't taste like the bold bean). The staff were friendly and efficient, and they had a good selection of Hyppo pops (if not the full variety). They have a decent selection of local beers, only downside is they don't have a full menu visible that I could find, only prices were for the coffee and tea. They had baked goods available as well. Wish there was one in Jacksonville!
It's Hippo as you know it with all the popsicles and then fused with an excellent coffee shop. Great ambiance and comfy furniture that's ideal for study/work or spending time with friends.

Nice and Cozy coffee bar that's a.litttle hidden. Lot of big tables and room to spread out if your doing some work or just want to relax. In addition to coffee, they are known for their gourmet popsicles. Staff is very friendly and coffee is good. Good local company and highly recommend supporting.
