Good ice cream. I like that you can mix and match flavors and add in toppings. There were young staff members that were not very friendly when I was there.

Cold Stone is my all time favorite ice cream! I love their banana, so good! You should try the founders favorite with banana ice cream, mmmm. This is also a great location, there is lots of outdoor seating in a very lively place. I do miss the fountain, but not Cold Stones fault.

2 employees and only one serving customers. Tables dirty, place messy, server was colder than the ice cream and zero personality and SUPER SLOW! We waited 35 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Outside tables messy and filthy. So sad to see a nice franchise do so poorly.

Never disappointed! The kids working there are always up beat! And the ice cream is always good!

Edit: Super nice crew there right now. Always fun to go in and get ice cream. Still no hairnets, but haven't had hair in there for a while. Original: For the love of all that is holy .... WEAR HAIRNETS Edit: 3rd time I've found hair in my icecream. PLEASE have your employees wear hats or hairnets

This is the one place I would truly hate to lose. I love the banana ice cream with a brownie and the employees are always great.

Good service. Staff was much more efficient and attentive than the one in our hometown of Valencia, Ca.
