I waited patiently for my food that took 20 minutes to receive then had to go back and tell them they forgot our star nuggets. This was after having to go back and get refunded 10 dollars for over charging us. After all of this, we find out that they did not give us our 2 large fries that we order

Only recommendation would be that the order taker in the drive through slows down a bit. Both my passenger and myself are hard of hearing. The order taker was moving so fast she was actually cutting me off during the ordering process. It took longer than it would have if the order taker slowed down

Some of the workers try very hard. Others are just nasty. Simple things like no cheese on a sandwhich or light sauce is ingnored often. My food has always been barely warm. Cold tenders once.

VERY nice & polite young people & we're sure they are competent BUT, they blew the order TWICE so, it was not as enjoyable as C. J.'s usually is. I'm sure it'll be better next time. Thanks for trying, y'all!
