We ate at the St. Pete location tonight and it was fabulous! The staff was amazing, shop is adorable and food was perfection! Congrats on such a cool and delicious concept! And best of all we are only 20 min away! We will be back! Keep up the great (and hard) work!
Just had a frittata salad and a carni pizza,the best pizza I think I have ever had. Also great service. You have to try this place unbelievable���.
Quite good. The first time I try a new pizza place, I go basic - tomato sauce, cheese, crust. Well, my friend had that one...and that was my first taste of Fabrica...but I was eyeing the white pizza. Both were excellent. The tomato sauce was not tomato pasty, and it was not watery as some fresh tomato sauces tend to be. The crust was delightful. I'll be back!
So good! Great vibe and great food! Highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner. Have dined here plenty of times! :D

The pizza is to die for (mozzarella-regatta cheese sausage and sweet sour onions) cut Chicago style is incredible. The flavors are fresh. My taste buds are dancing in my mouth. ;) and the Pumpkin Gelato... really? Can it get any better--I think not. THANK YOU!!!
The crust is hand tossed, amazing sauces and spices, delicious every time! We had the margherita pizza, so fresh and tasty. Sweet little place with nice seating inside and out. #ilovestpete
Was there yesterday for lunch we had a pizza with the beef and pork meatballs and prosciutto. We also had zeppoles for a snack everything was prepared by Matt, who was very attentive to us and a nice guy. The pizza came out fresh, crust nice and thin, meatballs seasoned well. The zeppoles with nutella was a delicious snack afterward. All and all a great experience.
Love the margherita pizza! I think the san marzano tomato sauce makes the difference, it's so light and flavorful. And combined with the thin crust, fresh mozzarella, and basil...delizioso! They also make amazing salads and desserts. One of my favorite local places.

This is a great place after enjoying a nice walk around downtown St. Pete. We've discovered this gem about a year ago and it's our go to pizza place now. The pizza has fresh ingredients, the crust is just right and the staff is super friendly. We like sitting at the bar watching them do their magic.
Such a hidden gem. Outstanding crust. Not sweet sauce. Wine on tap. We are new fans! Sorry I didn’t think to take a before picture - didn’t know what to expect from such an unassuming place.
Dough knows. Jen and her team here churn out Neapolitan style pizzas fast and incredibly well. Super professional operation catering a little too much to mainstream toppings. But just ask for what you want and wow.
They have a menu and specials but just go in and ask for what YOU want. 3-5 mins later devour it there, or reheat at 400 for 3 minutes at home.
The dough is fantastic, the staff are so accommodating . You won’t notice The boss, nor should you.
This is one and only pizzeria that I will eat pizza in St. Pete. The dough is supreme. It reminded me of pizzas in Florence Italy. Also, they glhave create your own pizza and I usually go with 4 different cheese on. Service is great and they have indoor and outdoor tables.
Nice place. They have very big tables for big companies. Order and eat inside. Pizza cooked in front of you. Very great experience .
Great fast casual pizza spot in St. Petersburg that reminds me of a pizzeria I ate at in Florence, Italy. The pizza is perfect with just enough tomato sauce & light enough for the summer. We had the margherita pizza and added pepperoni along with the Caesar kale salad finished with coconut and carmel cookie gelato -- so delicious. This is a place you must visit!

We are huge pizza fans and this was our first time here ! The pizza was absolutely amazing but not as amazing as Ryan and Jenn! Friendly, helpful, recommended THE BEST pizza. Highly recommend .10 stars !
