Just the standard IHOP location with great staff always put extra effort to make the guests comfortable and provide all they need. Been dining here for years and recently started going here for breakfast for dinner that when I learnt they have happy hour menu most items for 5$ and smaller portions just to satisfy the cravings.
The door notification didn't work, so it took a few minutes to be seated. They don't seem to have as many covid precautions as another IHOP I've been to, but it's so large that perhaps as many precautions just aren't necessary.
Service after that was fine. Food was very good for a great price.
They were pretty busy between door dash orders, carryout and the dining room. Our waitress, Christine, was so considerate to inform us of the long wait time in the kitchen. She also helped me pick food options that agreed with my dietary needs.
The hostess, Barb, was a special surprise. She didn't just stand at the hostess stand. She came around asking us what drinks we needed and kept coming back around to ask us if we had everything we needed.
Between the waitress and the hostess, they made our experience enjoyable and flawless. Our food actually came quickly and while we waited, Barb and Christine kept checking in on us, which helped pass the time.
The new General Manager really appreciated the feedback. He informed us of the new changes and the rapport and environment really stepping up in a positive atmosphere and was very personable, funny and professional.
It was a very pleasant experience. Recommended!!!
During this difficult time, this IHOP had a sign in sheet to be seated, as they were limited by one cook and one waitress. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, but the server let us know the issue and that there were several carry-out orders before our order could go in. We weren't in a hurry, we assured her that was fine. It wasn't very long, our food came out quickly and was good. The server was attentive and even checked for and returned with butter pecan syrup; the truck had delivered it that day! Restaurants are going through so much, and this location is handling it well.
I enjoy the pancakes. March 1st is a few weeks away and they will be offering free pancakes for National Pancake Day.
Their sweet hostess Susie made this experience lovely! Her pleasant and sincere attitude made it feel like we were genuinely cared for. She not only sat us at our table where we were served by someone else she still checked around on everyone even after being seated. She was non stop on her feet helping around making everyone smile while the door dash orders and constant people came rolling in. Thank you Susie!
