JUAN is EXCELLENT, and he is (or he was) a supervisor at this Taco Bell located at 24712 Pico Canyon Road, Newhall, California 91321. I write this positive review for JUAN because I had written a prior positive review regarding Juan and the facts that I describe below, but I can't seem to find that prior review anywhere in that "other" website that posts customer reviews. JUAN went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty in connection with responding to my unique, difficult, and Very Large Order that I had made at this Taco Bell. I needed to feed a large group of hungry construction workers at my house. Therefore, I made an order at Taco Bell which was VERY large, complicated, and needed to be completed quickly. JUAN, as the supervisor at this Taco Bell location, managed all this perfectly. While JUAN assured that his entire Team provided prompt and excellent service for all the other Taco Bell customers, Juan also undertook the personal task of making sure my large order was completed promptly and correctly. JUAN is EXCELLENT on ALL measures of performance and customer service. JUAN can write a book on how to provide EXCELLENT customer service ! Thank you JUAN and Taco Bell !
There was no line at the drive thru so our experience was quick. The people were easy to understand and the service was good.
One thing that made me upset was the order taker asked if I wanted to add a large Pepsi to my order and I said yes I would like a large Pepsi. The taco bell worker forgot to give me the large soda when they handed me the food.
The order was correct to our requests and the food was steaming warm and fresh crunchy just the way it should be. Just we had no drink to wash the food down.
Overall, I rate this experience with 4 stars!

I recommend the fiesta taco salad, it's an awesome food choice at Taco Bell except they no longer offer the taco salad on the menu and I wish they'd bring it back! *##*
I have stopped at this Taco Bell for 25 years and the food has always been great, it is always clean and the staff are always very kind.
It's Taco Bell, just like every other one I have been to in my entire life. Not gourmet, but it hits that spot right in my artery and makes me feel warm and dizzy.
You can't go wrong a Baja Blast Freeze during their Happy Hour. We stopped by this taco bell location from our way home from Valencia Mall and boy was the drive thru line busy. Since I was craving my Baja Blast Freeze, we of course waited in the long line so I got the happy hour regular size and the large size. The staff was friendly and wore mask so everything was okay. They also give your receipt through a little plastic bin so there no hand to hand.
It's a good quick option. I'm not saying the food is great, but it works for a fast bite.
Terrible. Food not good. Required to order from self order screen. Most tables were very dirty with old food. Would not go back.
I went through the drive-thru so I don't have a whole lot but they were really quick with the food and it still tastes really good.
An ok place to go if you want a quick taco. You get that consistent taco service and product. Staff seems polite which is important to me when I support fast food chains. No one is perfect when it comes to that product that comes out of their kitchen but good service and well mannered employees is the most likely the reason I'm a repeat customer.
Good food. Don't try to turn right off pico canyon road and go directly into the drive thru, you'll have to do a 3 point turn. Turn right into the gas station next door and go around the building and turn into the drive thru from the parking lot side.
