My fiancés brother had nothing but pleasant things to say about his cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. He couldn’t get over how perfect the cream cheese to bagel ratio was, with every bite. It made for a great car ride home.
My go-to place for a quick breakfast. Always friendly and fast. Not sure how long they can keep up the free coffee with online ordering, but it sure is nice.
Stopped in today for bagels and jalapeno cream cheese. They have the best( believe me, I've tried them all over town). Received the best customer service from my new friend Emily. She went out of her way to help me and showed so much kindness. She made me feel like more than just a customer. I will be recommending this location to friend's and most definitely be returning myself.
I think this place is fantastic! Since reopening it's a whole new crew but great to see familiar faces! Ellie is the friendliest and most hip worker you have! (Are the kids still using that lingo?) I come in early a lot and this young lady is running the store alone! That's impressive. She's a great asset to the Brueggers team! Make sure to go in on a Monday! There are 2 girls later on in the morning and it is fun to see them work and make it an enjoyable experience! I'll keep going when I can make it until I lose my teeth so at least 5 more years!
The app was very buggy when we stopped by a few weekends ago. My fiancé was getting so frustrated trying to redeem a couple offers. We just went inside to see if they could help. All frustration immediately left as soon as the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff started helping us! They honored the coupons, no questions asked and were genuinely friendly about it. Fast happy service, delicious bagels, and tasty coffee. Thank you!!
I live in Wisconsin and I’ve yet to find better bagels than here. They are delicious and the service is fantastic. Emily is the best. Very helpful and patient. Took time to explain things on the menu that confused me. My food was fantastic. I’ll be back
