We were passing through on the way to Florida. It was after 8:00 pm when we stopped in for dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn’t make us feel rushed, even though it was almost time to close. They were really nice. We asked some questions about the food and they were able to provide answers to everything. Food was hot and good, which actually surprised me. I don’t typically enjoy meals from restaurants like this as it’s usually very bland. This was good and flavorful. We all enjoyed our meal and the service we received.
The fish and chips were very good. As was the service. Tionna was awesome! Very personable and kind and attentive.
I ordered to "Take Out". Placing the order with the employees was easy, accurate, and ready when promised. The food was even better than when I last visited many, many months ago. Be aware, though. Neither the hostess nor the servers were masked, and the hostess couldn't answer the question whether they were socially distanced in the seating areas.
Service was a little slow. Young staff at the door really didn't seem to want to be there. Barely said hello. Food was good. Fried chicken tender salad is really big and very good. Everything was fine, but nothing to brag about.
After my review, management contacted me and apologized for the service. It shows they read these and they care. It's a good sign. I'll go back. I'll even add a star for the follow-up they did.
Always great service and great food! Love Mrs. Valarie the manager have been coming for qt hrs and she is always so lovely! Peach Chutney Chicken is so good salad are always fresh and good. Fall of the bone ribs and the seafood platter is excellent!
My salad was amazing. The iced tea was super fresh and the bartender was really nice. Great find on a work trip
