Outside versus inside is like night and day,, great atmosphere inside, excellent selection of spirits and beer. Would definitely recommend and would highly recommend supporting downtown Stockton.

This is a great spot. I loved the atmosphere, the bartenders were so nice and the owner made it a point to come over and introduce himself. We will definitely be back!
It was a chill spot to just sit and talk, have a drink or two, and alil something to eat. I'm not really in to listening to loud music that today's bars play, but here they play classic style music that matches really well with the atmosphere of this place. Thank you guys for a good time and I will be back soon.
We drive-by every day on our way to work so our curiosity got the better of us and we tried it. They did not disappoint! The ham and horsefethers panini was wonderful. The drinks were good all for a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and the entertainment was nice too! Defenitly will go back again.
Great environment! I'm floored just how amazing this place is! The area isn't what I thought it was going to be like. Downtown Stockton has it going on! There're many stipulations attached to Stockton and most definitely downtown Stockton. Well, all I have to say to anyone who's questioning on coming here to the Deliberation Room. Don't knock it until you try it! Friendly people, great food and amazing live music!

Always great service and tasty food. If you want a great appetizer try the asparagus potato skins. If you want a great salad and you eat meat, add their tri-tip (you will NOT be disappointed). Our networking group meets here weekly and we love it. We may outgrow the space soon, however, we most certainly are enjoying it while we can. Great atmosphere. Cozy environment. Clean space. Low lighting and dark/brick walls make for an intimate atmosphere. They have done a great job keeping a historic feel to the space.
I wanted to try something I had never tried before, and this place delivered! I arrived just after the kitchen was supposed to close, but they took care of me anyway. Thanks for the excellent service!

Great place, been here about 5 times and my friends all just love it. Easy to get to and I have walked to it a couple of times, and still felt safe. Only had the appetizers, but hopefully will try the food sometime.

With historical photography features referencing the building’s history. Cleverly accentuated with legal decor and humorous writings on chalkboards. Themed appropriately as the name Deliberation Room. You’ll be surprised of their affordable prices. User friendly menu with just the right selections. The menus are inside of the covers of recycled law books. Ive been ordering the delicious Ceaser Salad with added chicken and its healthy portion. They also draw have special attention to certain holidays ie. St. Patty’s Day.
This is not a Sports Bar. Melonie is a great Server with personality to match.

So glad DB is open again. I had my usuals Fruits of Poisonous Tree & Moscow Mule. Good vibes, music, food, and now they have pool tables. Thanks Jacob, owner, for creating a relaxing & welcoming bar & restaurant. 👍
Great speakeasy-themed bar and restaurant located in downtown Stockton. They have a wide variety of food available such as flatbreads, sandwiches, and appetizers all reasonably priced. Their vegetarian flatbread was alright and the asparagus potato skins were a little strange, but my favorite are the $5 nachos (salsa, cheese, and jalapenos) since they pair well with whatever I'm drinking at the time. Their specialty drinks are super tasty and have fun names; my go-to is one that has lemon, sparkling wine, and elderflower liquor. Service can be hit or miss, with busy nights corresponding with slow service at the bar or you might get lucky and have Megan (?) the bartender to yourself. She provides great conversation, checks up on your periodically, and makes some strong drinks.
I believe there is street parking available and a small adjacent parking lot.
Cocktails were pretty good, and the ambience is second to none in the area. Food leaves a bit to be be desired, but overall it's worth a shot.
This is a really cool place. Order the "Public Intoxication", it is a whiskey lemonade, is is damn good.
Great downtown venue! Flatbread pizza with roasted veggies and garlic pesto sauce was amazing. Nice bar!
The environment is very laid back and low-key. The staff here is amazing, very friendly; especially Melanie and Tony the bartender's. The nightly entertainment consists of Comdey Night, to local bands playing live music, to cover solo artist's serenading the patrons throughout the night is top notch. Last but not least the menu is well priced and the food is amazing. I have not had anything off the menu that I didn't like (Compliments to the chef/s). I recommend to check out this hidden gem.
My son and I thought this was a small restaurant, since we Google restaurants. The service was great and we both laughed as we enjoyed the appetizers. Very pricey to me, although I my son and I had a great time. Very nice waitress
