I love mediterranean food and Aladdin Mediterranean Grill is one of my favorite mediterranean restaurant. The staff received you with a smile, the service is quick, the dishes are awesome, the price is good for your pocket, I love the picture of the arabic landscape. One of my favorites dishes is the lamb with rice and hummus with pan pita. And for dessert the delicious baklava!!
Awesome food, very affordable, quick service, and very sweet staff. I always get the chicken shawarma in a pita with taziki and it's just as delicious EVERY TIME! I absolutely love it. Some of the best food on the UConn campus - I'm going to miss it once I graduate.
Only thing is the phone number linked to the Facebook account does not work so you have to find the number on their website.
Great food. One wish is to add more sandwiches like the Hartford branch so there will be a wider variety to choose from.

My go to spot while in college. Best food in the area bar none. The owner is the best and super friendly. P.S. highly recommend coming on Monday or Wednesday for wrap deal.
Phenomenal Mediterranean food, I decided to switch it up from my favorite sandwich in storrs, the chicken schwarma grinder with taziki (I highly recommend it, the bread is always perfectly toasted, the chicken is juicy and the sauce is crazy delicious) but this time I got the chicken schwarma over rice with falafel. It met the high standard set by the grinder, definitely check it out if you're looking for a good meal (and at a good price)
Absolutely delicious shawarma and hummus. We tried both the mixed and the chicken shawarma and both were fantastic. The fries were deliciously hot and crispy. The portion sizes for the sides of hummus and fries were generous, so my husband and I were able to split one order of two sides between us while eating our own entrees. The staff was friendly and the seating area was nice and clean. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.
I ordered the chicken shawarma entree with rice and salad. It came with a side of pita bread. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean. Definitely worth checking it out! Lots of great menu options.
Though I'm not so fond of Mediterranean cuisine, but their chicken shawarma wrap is really good.

Chicken Shawarma wrap is fresh, delicious, and $6 on Mondays/Wednesdays. Became a lunch regular here because every time I came in staff was smiling and happy to whip something up.
Mohammed is always welcoming and he has a great staff of like-minded people. The food is outrageously authentic. If you haven't been, put it on your bucket list. You can thank me later!

I love this place. It's probably my most frequent take-out location on campus and the dine-in experience is nice too. The owner is always super friendly with me and the food has always been great. I usually go for the entree fried cauliflower or chicken shawarma w/ falafel and sub rice for moujadarah and hummus for babaganoush. The wraps, moussaka and spanakopita are great as well.
