My husband and I love chipotle! The food is great and although it is always busy, the line moves quickly and they are very efficient. I also love that they have lots if options for people with dietary restrictions. Tonight was especially outstanding considering it was getting late and they were out of guacamole, which my husband loves and we were a bit disappointed but we understood and it was no big deal. The manager heard them say they were out, came over and scraped out what was left (which was nearly a full serving) and apologized for them running short. I said it was completely fine and pulled out my money but he said it was on the house and hoped that my opinion of Chilotle does not change because of this. Well, it did change... I now have even higher regard for the customer service they offer. I never expected free food and I offered several times to pay for our meal but they insisted. It is hard to find places (and people) who really care about customer service and I am extremely impressed with Chipotle. They truly go above and beyond.

Halloween night at Chipotle 's was amazing. Employees were great...and so was the food! !!
Waited 30 minutes for the BOGO Indians special. Line was moving the whole time. Team members were amazing, friendly and smiling the whole time! Plus the food was delicious. My burrito bowls were PACKED! Loved it!!!

The Stow location of Chipotle is overall an accessible location for individuals with disabilities! There are two handicap parking spots right in front. However one of the spots is shared with the store next door. There is a curb ramp for wheelchair accessibility right in front of the front entrance, which is pictured below. During lunch and dinner rushes, the Chipotle gets very loud, making it somewhat of a challenge to hear the employees while ordering. The employees are very understanding, using non-verbal gestures whenever necessary. This location also has a lower shelf of chips by the register, to help employees who are unable to reach the upper shelf. Overall, the employees are very patient and kind to all customers, therefore making this location very comfortable and accepting!
I just went there and the service and the food was fantastic. I talked to two guys about my Demon Slayer sweatshirt, they were really really nice. I wish I knew their names but I want to say thank you!
They were out of the brisket again; apparently when you make a great product alot of people will want to buy it! But there's more to it. They called my wife who had placed the online order, apologized for running out of the brisket, asked for a suitable substitution and *still* had it ready on time! Great food, *awesome* , consistent and dependable service! 12/10. Highly Recommended.
This Chipotle has never, ever disappointed. It’s the best I’ve ever had, anywhere. The place can get extremely busy towards lunch time, but the service has always been prompt and I’m out the door with my food in a few minutes. Usually some Chipotles can leave a lot of fat in some of the meats, but I’ve always had the food prepared extremely well here. Highly recommend this location.
