I would eat it three times a day for 50 years in series without having any intent to lower the number in the future. I am loving it. I am addicted to it. One day I will have my own Chipotle store.

My new favorite place ... CHIPOTLE ( I never knew the Tacos were so good) So, I've been "treating" myself, every Friday for about a month. Today, the line is literally to the door, but moving fast. I had been CRAVING 3 Crispy Tacos, with Carnitas.... and they ran out of the Carnitas :/ the guy said it would be about 5 minutes... I said okay, I'll wait.. he said "YOU WILL??".. and said sure. I backed up out of line.. then said I'll be right back, went out side, made a 30 sec phone call, went back in. He was looking for me, thought I left. Made my food, apologized, offered a free drink (I declined)..... I also ordered a Salad... get to the check out, with money in hand... the cashier and Mgr?... said "you're all set, IT'S ON THE HOUSE!".....Whaaaaaat???.... why???.. .. "because you had to wait".....I only waited like 3 minutes! and they gave me $14 worth the food?..... that's great service.... but I thought that, before the free food. Fast, friendly and fresh food... what a concept!......... Thanks Strongsville Chipotle people.<3
They must have.... A money printing press in the back. This place is always packed, but you definitely get a bigger burrito here than at the one in the mall. I wish I bought the stock when it was under $100.
Chipotle Strongsville~. I love this location!! They are so nice and they give you a lot of food, if you want more all you have to do is ask! I have gone to several locations and this is by far my favorite
I order online from this location from time to time as a treat for my boyfriend. I always ask for extra pretty much everything, and they usually load the bowl up very well. Tonight when I picked up, the bowl felt very light. I usually don't address these things because I know food service workers have it hard enough. But I just felt for the price I should get what I ask for. I brought this to their attention and the manager (I wish I got his name) was so kind and immediate made a me a new bowl that was perfect. 5 stars for how he handled the situation. Much appreciated!
This is my favorite chipotle location hands down. Good portions and always the best quality bowls compared to every other chipotle. Bonus that it always smells like donuts too.
It depends on who’s making the food there, some people are very light handed. I wish i had a picture of the bowl one of the ladies there gave me. It looked quite sad and was only disappointed because the person before me had a bowl where it was a struggle to close the lid & a paperweight was probably heavier than my bowl
Have had issues in the past with guac quality but it has been really good lately 🔥

Also if you see bad reviews here, it’s probably another Strongsville entitled Karen. I’ve come across them while I was in there. The crew is friendly, even when some of the Karen’s need humbled.
So I came in after a family gathering with my daughter, we are from Akron ,love the two on the west side ,first time in this location,.Walked in to the line not too long maybe five people ,so the guy on the grill behind the line was cutting chicken and looked up at me stared randomly ,then winked at me ,he then did it to the guy behind me ,Best steak I've had I awhile. Fun experience
Good size portions& tasty. Inside dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean. Service was friendly for his busy as the were- had to make a few online orders before they can get to us.
Slow to take the orders, they may be short staffed? And most of the tables were dirty, we had to clean one off to eat.

I am a BIG FAN of Chipotle. This store alwayes have good and fresh ingrediants. You can definitely tell that they are buissy at all times. The food has great serving size. They have a great team working there. The only slight downside is the speak of the team. When the team was struggling one of team members walked off to the side to talk to friends a few times to update them on what was avalabile and what they were low on. As a buisness owner I love my team to be efficent and provide top quality. I can tell for certain that this team provides top quality, however that night they could have been slightly more efficent. Their attude was great. It was about an hour to 30 minutes before they closed and they upheald great client interestinon. Thabk you all for great service!
