I haven't even received my food yet but this place is amazing already. Just sitting here listening to the couple who run the place laughing and playing in Italian with each other.
This place is fantastic! You can NEVER go wrong with the pizza here, but if you're in the mood for something else order the Bella Napoli Pasta Special. It is only $13.50 and it comes with a wonderfully prepared salad, fresh baked bread and more pasta than you can eat in a sitting. I usually order it and have the leftovers for lunch the next day.
The baked ziti is amazing and all of the other pastas that come in the sampler are to die for as well. Not to mention the family that owns this restaurant are all very nice and fun to make conversation with.
Very very good pizza. Small eat in area but the food is amazing. The spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs is some of the best in hampton roads. Will definately return for the pizza.
Good pick in Churchland/Western Branch/Suffolk area. We eat here once a month if doing take out. I like the chicken Marsala and hubby likes baked ziti. The salad that comes with the meal is really great!
This was a pretty good spot for American Italian. Place was clean and the lady running the place was very nice. I am a big Stromboli person and theirs was definitely good ... $10 for a small but small would be enough for two. The big thing that I thought made them good was the dough, the ingredients seemed high quality also. It had a little bit of a unique taste than the norm as these were really dry on the outside, like flour I'm guessing but it was good. I had the Bella flavor which was green pepper, mushroom, pepperoni, sausage and I believe onion. I would definitely like to try more from the menu. I didn't try the pizza but I saw it up close and it looked good also.
Cannot say enough about how good the food is. Service is great. Great little hideaway
Pizza to die for!. The pizza dough, and the sauce, and oh yeah, the cheese are amazing. Alfonse is without a doubt a guy who knows his way around dough. The texture of the pizza dough is incredible, and it is without a doubt the best pizza we've ever had. My wife likes the other dishes as well, but for me it's either pizza, calzone, or the Italian hoagie. If I haven't made it clear, the dough is incredible. What a wonderful family restaurant, and I forgot to mention, Italian beer to go with your Italian food! You cannot get any better pizza than this. Nom nom!
What a little Gem!. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place but since we both cook and do it really well we don't eat Italian food out very often. But this place was such a happy find! We had fried calamari and a salad. The fried squidies were in a nice dredge but a little chewy but the sauce was AMAZING!! We also split an order of eggplant parm that was really DELISH!! The eggplant was not massively coated in bread and fried to death resulting in a hockey puck. These were delicate and tasty and once again the sauce was AMAZING!! We will be back!!
Best calzone ever and fast enough for a good meal during a lunch break.

I'm a lucky guy.... I've tried several local italian places which left a lot to be desired. I cook better than most of them and that's problematic. As this is in a Food Lion strip mall right around the corner I overlooked this gem for years and only tried it the other day for lunch. The pizza margherita was light as a feather, cooked as close to Vera Pizza Napoletana standards as I'll ever hope to locally. I look forward to exploring their menu more fully in the near future...Il cibo è eccellente!

Very good food & service. Small restaurant with great food and service. I try going at least once a month since I work close by. This is a small place so sitting can be very limited especially during lunchtime. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. Their pizza and pasta dishes are pretty good too. The prices are also reasonable.
Fantastic Italian Food!!!!!!!!!!!. My wife and I tried Bella Napoli last night for the first time and we were overjoyed to find a place with such delicious Italian Food and great service and reasonable prices. She had the Eggplant Parmesan and I had the Veal Parmesan and I must say mine was the best I've ever had in a restaurant! We both were in heaven with the flavors - the sauce is out of this world, the herbs and cheese on top was beautiful, the food was cooked perfect. The owners waited on us and were great!! We can't wait to go back!!

Prob best subs I have had since I moved here. The bread in itself is unique with the perfect amount of crisp and bread. I'll def be hitting this place up often.😋
Conveniently located in small shopping strip near Food Lion. Clean outside and inside. Small business with big TASTE. This is our second time ordering for pickup. The food was so good the first-time I was not able to take a picture, because it was gone. Pizza is not greasy and dough is light. Yeah!!! Toppings are fresh with just the right amount of cooking to have its original taste on the pizza. We have decided to stop our orders from the "pizza chain" and order at Bella because the price point is about the same, but mostly the freshness of the food and supporting small businesses. The tiramisu although not homemade was a delight. Looking forward to trying their entrées. P.S. don't forget to TIP
I ordered medium Pepperoni with half Italian sausage pizza, a Ham and Pineapple pizza, and garlic cheese bread. It was very good!! The crust had a great taste and spices had a little zip, but I have a sensitive palette. It was $33 for 2 medium pizzas and garlic cheese bread. Go here to support your local business, you won't be disappointed!
Cozy family owned place serving authentic Italian food. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious. The pastrami sandwich, the pizza, the mussels, the caprese... All fantastic. Normally just the husband and wife team running the kitchen, and their super friendly and fast. They never fail to ask about the kids. Prices are actually pretty low. You really can't go wrong by eating here - definitely recommend!
One of the best pizza places in Portsmouth, only 1 other compares. I've been to Naples and stepping through their doors made me feel as if I was there once again. Wonderful decor and ambiance. Lovely lady behind the counter. Seems to be quite the family business and family friendly as well. Good fries too! Everything made fresh and right there!!! I love it!
I just ordered a pizza to go and talking to the lady on the phone was like falling into an Italian movie...it was like talking to my Italian grandma that I never had...I'm starving and know this pizza is going to be incredible...bring it on...oh wait...I ordered pick up...I'm out...undated...The pizza was off the chain...been around the entire country and had pizza everywhere...This is great pizza...
