Very pleased with the newest staff they are hiring! The older staff used to be very grumpy and not friendly AT ALL! This made me not visit this Starbucks location as much anymore. I came recently and staff wasn’t very talkative or friendly but they weren’t RUDE either how the other staff used to be.
This location was alright. It was a little cramped and crowded. But the cashier kept things to a point which I liked, and the cheese Danish & drink were both good.
We went there with my daughter today and ask cashier to add my daughter’s name on her kids hot chocolate. Her drink came like that and made her day! Little details change a lot.
I came in to see if I could buy a gallon of coffee and Jamee who helped me was the best! She was very nice, courteous, and displayed the best customer service. Keep it up Jamee!!
Although, seating is limited it is furnished well at this location. Staff is hospitable and offer good service. Wi-fi is available, outlet connections are easy to find and background music 🎶 is at a moderate level.
The Sugar Land Town Center location is centrally located, right across from City Hall and the green space. Excellent customer service and order preparation. Perfect place to order and enjoy a stroll.

I recently moved here from Louisiana about 4 months ago and have been coming here almost every day. They give me the same hometown feeling and great experience I am used to receiving from the Starbucks in my hometown. Will continue to come here as long as I am living
