A truly unique experience dining at Rudy’s. The menu items are intentionally procured to be simple and concise, they know what their patrons enjoyed. We were pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the establishment, they checked with us beforehand if the meats were okay before handing it off to us. The dining area looked well kept and we were able to fetch napkins and a sheet of protective paper for dining on with our servings of food. The brisket was mouthwatering and melted upon touch, and the ribs were contending for the best pork dish I’ve ever tasted. Delicious experience that will be remembered and craved for!

Rudy’s is the best BBQ restaurant, PERIOD. Anytime I go somewhere and try BBQ, I always compare it to Rudy’s because it’s the gold standard in my eyes. Not to mention that overall BBQ isn’t all that cheap. So if I’m going to spend the money, it better count. The atmosphere is aesthetically appealing, open area seating, and great food.

I used to love Rudy's but I came back after a while and it didn't live up to my expectations. The brisket was kind of dry and the pecan pie was stale. Although the food wasn't great the employees were very kind and patient. they greet you as you walk in and say goodbye as you walk out. The inside of the restaurant made me feel like i was in a ranch, it was great. the wooden tables and texan decorations on the walls just added to that theme. the restrooms and restaurant overall were very clean. I also liked how everything was self served. the Drinks, condiments and, add ons were all up to you. Overall I am glad i came back to enjoy the environment and community and maybe if i comeback next time the brisket will be tender and moist.

My all time favourite. A must try and go to place. The brisket is perfectly done and moist. I love to add the onion and pickles.

We love all Rudy’s places, and our favorite is Beef brisket. If you want inexpensive meat and to be in the Texas atmosphere, this is definitely that place to go.

Good BBQ. We always get just the brisket and sausage but ordered baby back ribs this time. The atmosphere is airy and I like picnic style dining that complements the food. It's basically what you'd expect a BBQ joint to look like. Service is fast and friendly. Best to come outside of peak hours.

It's everything you'd want from a BBQ road house. Got in line, asked for all our brisket and creamed corn, received it all, grabbed some pickles and onions and chowed down. And I just really really like that sauce. I think it actually is my favorite barbecue sauce.

I was so impressed with their efficiency with my take out order for 11 people. I called another bbq place in town and since it was a holiday weekend they told me to get there early and hope they have what I want. With Rudy’s it was completely different. I was able to order everything online. At the time of pick up everything was ready and neatly packaged. They even brought it out to my vehicle. The food was also very good. Their peach cobbler is to die for. I was very pleased with this experience and I will continue to order for my parties and events..

Love Rudy's! It's tragic there is only one in Colorado and zero in Denver! The brisket was amazing as always. The potato salad is creamy without an overpowering taste. The banana pudding is my favorite dessert there. It's a great place to meet up with old friends.

The brisket is the best meat on the menu. If you do decide to order it, definitely go for the moist option. The pulled pork is quite moist as well. The baby back ribs are not very flavorful, and I would recommend skipping it and opt for the other options. The half chicken was moist and flavor wise decent but doesn’t compare to the brisket and pulled pork. Their BBQ sauce is good but is not my most favorite. I prefer a little more spiciness. The best side that we tried was the sweet corn, which was perfectly creamy and the sweetness brought out the deliciousness of the corn. Very spacious place with lots of bench seating. Great decorations!
