Pretty clean place. As soon as you arrive and are seated, you can immediately begin eating. Loved that. The food on the conveyor belt is covered for sanitation. It is a loop system that is temperature controlled. You pay by plate color, so each saucer has a color on it and the charges for each is posted on the wall. The sushi was good, not great. It seems like a good place for a quick lunch. If I was in a rush for fresh sushi, I would go again.
Similar to Kura Sushi, but different dishes and flavors. They have happy hour at the last opening hour and it’s good. Their sushi is pretty tasty and there’s a good variety of different fish. I like how the conveyor belt for the sushi actually goes at a good speed, fast enough that if you ate everything you wanted after one round, you’d be out in like ten minutes.
It is such a neat place to eat! Their food is extremely fresh and they have a great staff. It is a must try!
Is you want to experience a little bit of Japan’s sushi bar then you are in for a treat. Great verities of sushi plus ramen at affordable prices.
I love that you can sit down & immediately the sushi is btought to you (by way of conveyor belt- train hence the choo choo in the name) and you have menu options. Mmm mmm mmm
my daughter brought me to try sushi for the first time in my life...when sushi first became popular I was in an area working where the closest sushi was over 85miles away so I never got the chance to figure it out and there was no way after then that I was ever gonna eat grocery store sushi or gas station sushi...but now that I've had it, I must say I really enjoyed my immersion into the world of sushi at Sushi Choo Choo, the sushi variety was great for a first timer and my daughter was able to explain everything to me so that I could enjoy it. Our waitress kept both our water and tea glasses full which was a delight as most wait until your glass is completely empty and you've been trying to flag them down for quite awhile, so I really appreciated that little touch especially after getting a sushi roll that had the "spicy mayo" on top...definitely spicy!!! As soon as possible we'll be back bc I really loved your sushi as my introduction to sushi...couldnt get enough of the eel sauce and the roe!
It's a sushi-go-round. How could it be bad? Waitstaff bring you soup and meals. Everything else comes to your table via the large conveyor that circles the restaurant, or an express conveyor which brings your meal directly to your table, although the express conveyor will need multiple trips if you order a large quantity all at once. They gave toys for the people in our party who were under 5 y/o. The sushi was delicious. According to a member of our party, restroom cleanliness needs improvement.
This is my family’s favorite sushi spot! We come here at least once a month. The sushi is delicious for the value you get, and they have a pretty wide variety. The ambience is nice and relaxed. You can sit at a table or lined up by the moving sushi bar.
A fun little sushi place to relax and eat. Prices are decent and by the plate with reasonable portions of various types of sushi. It is mostly self serve off their "train" track though unless you want some of the more specialized rolls that you order via a tablet on the dining table.
Fresh sushi and fun atmosphere. I've brought my friends here and we all love how the sushi is brought to the table via the moving food vehicles. We also love the selection here and how we can send custom orders via tablet. I could eat here everyday!
Stopped by on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! Easy, and super cheap during happy hour. Each plate was a diff color which indicated how much it cost. If you order a dish separately it arrives above your seating area on a truck. Cute!
