As with other locations this one hits the mark and quite well. Great customer service that’s fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and orderly, the service fast and the food was delicious.
Lots of parking that’s handicap accessible as is the restaurant itself. Changing tables in the restrooms and a big indoor play space for the kids.
A unique thing here is they they have heavy duty hand cleaner (pumice) and a mouthwash dispenser in the restroom- a neat and thoughtful thing.
Nicest employee good customer service and good food quality always fresh and hot love this location its one of the best ones i have ever been too 5 stars 😇
This place is so amazing! Brittany helped us today and she was amazing. Brittany was nice, helpful and just beyond respectful. She went beyond the normal niceness of Chick-fil-a.
This is my all time favorite Chick-fil-A location! Food is consistently good and the service is quick and excellent. We feel blessed to have this close to our home.
Staff is really nice and really fast! Chick-fil-As are known for their speedy service, but they really go above and beyond at 99 & 59! Food was exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A. I'll definitely be coming back.

As a current and ongoing employee my experience here has been nothing but the best. The staff I work with and those above me (aka management) are extremely professional and respectful towards customers which makes perfect sense as to why we are the best location in Sugarland.

They still have a playscape! I have heard CFA is doing away with them, but this location still has one.
Same high quality you can trust at most Chick-fil-A establishments, but I really love the play place at this location! Perfect for tots. My little one was able to climb and have fun and also thought the "Under 3" area was neat.

They have a great setup for drive-through and pickup orders. It's a little harder to park and walk in to eat or carry out orders. I do appreciate the inside playground and the staff were really nice.
