We had the clam n oyster congee (生𧐢鲜蜆粥), very tasty! The ma.po tofu was also good. We also like he green leafy vegetables. Service is so so. There are two big round tables each for 10-12. This is a simple eatery, not focused in atmosphere or decor.

My first time at Bun's house during the weekends. I was told that the owner has changed and decided to give it a try. This is a Chinese/Cantonese cuisine style with meat marinade and clay pots. The meats are fresh and tender. I enjoyed the food and have plenty of leftovers to take home.

Delicious food, fair service. The owners and his wife are nice, tho. I like how the business owner’s older teenagers helping to serve. Still have some rooms to improve. (E.g. they did not refill my water like other restaurants would do.)

Food was so gas. Salt and pepper squid was delectable. Ellen and Xindian are the best servers ever. Best place to eat in Sugar Land/ Missouri City Area! Worth the drive!

I went there many times, it’s one of My favorite restaurant in sugarland. Dry scallop and pork bone hotpot is a must. Large potion can feed at least 2-3 person. The combination platter in Lushui sauce (Chaozhou Style) is also very welcome by most of the customers. Besides The restaurant is simple and clean, and all tableware are well-organized. That's another reason why I like to go.

Wanted to try this restaurant out since they had a change of menu and it did not disappoint! We tried the seafood congee (highly recommend), marinated delights, and the oyster omelette (also highly recommend), and all three dishes tasted amazing. They give out huge portions so I had a lot to take home for the next day, would definitely come back soon!

We went again 10/10/2023 … it was great! The food was good, authentic! Didn’t expect it in Sugar Land. We had the sautéed oyster with ginger & scallion, half a marinated duck, & the sautéed chicken with eggplant. All delicious! It’s not a fancy restaurant but clean and neat. Our bill was $57 for three, not bad.

Ordered the seafood congee (to go). Absolutely wow. Full of flavors and very generous with the crab legs. A bit pricey but it’s justified.

My wife and I were looking for a new, authentic restaurant and gave Bun's a try. The food was great. We had the wonton noodle soup and steamed pork dumplings. Both were more than enough for 2 people and tasted great. The jasmine tea was very fragrant and delicious. The staff, well front end manager, was very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to going back for more of the wonton noodle soup and steamed dumplings.

I absolutely love the food here! My husband and I visit when we can. Personal favorites is the onion bread, cucumber salad, and dumplings. Sometimes there is a language barrier, but they are good to work with you and help get through it. I usually point to something on the menu, or there is someone else there that helps us order. Prices is very appealing. Super busy place for food pick up. We have always had great service, and everyone has always been very nice to us. Feels like a small family business, which is another reason I love to support! Give them a try!!

very convenient and economic choice if you don't want to spend a lot of time and money for a meal. Lots of choices. My favorite is steamed vege bun.
