Chicken and squid balls are wonderful! My drink Tapioca was great! Great place to stop for awhile.
My son & I enjoyed the delicious Taro Cream Shake. Brings back memories of his childhood food. It has a perfect Zen for studying or simply enjoying Mother & son Friday night outing.

Favorite place to go so far! Good for any season of the year. In cold weather try the warm almond milk tea! And in hot weather, I'd say anything on the menu is good!

I always come here to do some study, homeschooling activity, arts and editing. This place is my heaven haven because it caters to my activities that needed focusing and clear space. The servers are very friendly and accomodating. The food & drinks are perfect. Overall, I give it a 5-star for meeting my expectations.
The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and provide fast service. I received my drink order in less than 5 mins. My favorite item is the taro cream blend.
Very busy. Had a small group meeting here. Got the fresh squeezed orange juice which was good. I had forgot my daughter’s water bottle and they held it for me for 3 days to let me pick it up. Lots of people ordered the chicken which smelled delicious.
Unexpectedly nice Vietnamese coffee with strong condensed milk flavor and authentic coffee bean. Ask for extra basil when you order popcorn chicken then thanks me later😌.
Nice little suburban boba tea house tucked into a central First Colony location in Sugar Land. Good ambiance and quality service. Wide selection of Cream Blends, Teas, and Coffees along with snacks. Often have specials and discounts as well.

This is the first teahouse I found after moving to the area. And it's still one of my favorites. Their Thai Milk Tea is very good; it's not too sweet with just the right creaminess. Their beverages also come in much bigger cups than the ones you get from the other teahouses, and yet you pay a lower price. You can also customize your drink (its sweetness, amount of ice, etc). The beverages have machine-sealed tops so there are no spills. As for the dining area, they have an overflow section so there's more room to study or do computer work. The decor and seats are a little dated, but overall are still comfortable and the tables are spacious. They have free wifi. Restrooms are most of the time clean. They have just 2 workers all the time, so if it gets busy, you’ll have to wait though not too long. Parking is not a problem. Sign up for their rewards so you earn points and free drinks. Update on 8/13/18: Came by for Thai Milk Tea and they still have one of the best I’ve tasted. And this time, I tried it with grass jelly, but found the grass jelly with a bit of bitterness. Glass on the front door had smudges from the day before, which was not cleaned. Rating for their beverages is 5⭐️, but cleanliness only gets 3⭐️ so I gave them just 4 stars this time.
Came in 30 min before closing and was greeted with a big smile. 4 ordered were make correctly and fast. Will be back here again. Most importantly it is open late.
I like it! The bubble tea is cheap (~$3.50 w/o boba) and their popcorn chicken is really good!! I got the taro root milk tea but the drink tasted kinda powdery/chalky so maybe get a different drink? They also have a private study area but it might be loud Bc some people bring board games and play there. I wish the people playing board games would go to the main lounge rather than the study lounge.
My kids love the popcorn chicken and fries here. The drinks are also tasty. It can get busy sometimes so it may be hard to study if you need total silence but there are a few nooks where it can be quiet.
Popcorn chicken is really good. Fried basil gives extra flavor!
Teahouse will always be close to my heart, and this location was one of the first and only boba shops in the area. Taro coconut milk tea will always be my favorite! Also mango green tea is an awesome refreshing option!
