The fish was hot and tasty. It didnt have that bad fishy taste that non fresh fish has. The fries were awesome. Really good fries. The salad was a mixed green and also very fresh. It was more than just cold lettuce. I did not care for hushpuppies with the corn in them. Id prefer the corn to be jalapeno. Maybe i am a soda snob but i did not understand or enjoy the drinks available. The tea and lemonade was really good though. As a plumber, I do not take my reviews lightly. Potential 5 star with better puppies and drinks.
Great place. Order from boards at register and they bring your food to you. I got the Catfish and Shrimp Snack. Everything was great! Only reason why 4 stars is because hush puppies were small but delicious!
Love to come to this place when I am craving quick seafood! The staff is always friendly and will recommend some of their favorite things when you ask! The food is always hot and the portions are a good size for the amount you pay for the food. The restaurant is clean as well as the restroom. Never any long lines and everything is cooked an made to order. My favorites is the fish and shrimp combos and the pivot sandwich (shrimp, fish, or even oyster). The MAC and cheese is a little watery but the green beans, the hush puppies, and the cheese grits are some of my favorite sides!! If you are ever in the mood for fish and shrimp this is definitely a great place to stop in and fill your cravings! Enjoy!!!
We came on the first day.It was great so so good. We have become addicted to the custom made fried catfish at fair prices with quality service. They custom make their own sauces. They have none of that prepaid garbage. One problem is that the food is so good and difficult to keep from over eating.
Great food and great service. Nice to have a local fish & chips spot.
Edit 1/10/17 They're still here and they're still awesome! They now serve oysters that are really good and have a special price on their catfish on Mondays and Wednesdays. I will be back!
The chicken and sausage gumbo is a MUST! Great food and service at very reasonable prices. The Catfish and shrimp are seasoned so well. Order extra crispy if you like your shrimp/fish well-done.

Finally a Cajun food restaurant close to the house. Absolutely love the shrimp poboy and the fish plate. Couldn't eat it all in one sitting. The redbeans and rice could use a little more seasoning but still very good. Prices are reasonable and service is great!
Good fried seafood, was a little on the price side but their sauces we're very good. Remoulade sauce is my favorite. Their catfish filets are a bit small so you may want to get a basket.
So much better than the FishPlace. You must try the cheesy grits!!! The shrimp are huge and the catfish is so fresh. You won't be disappointed at this place if you're a seafood lover!
Tried the 4 piece catfish and shrimp today. My sister in law been bragging on the food. I have to agree with her it was pretty good. Deserve bragging rights.
Large servings. Yummy catfish and great cole slaw. Those crispy fries that are coated with something are great too. Bring the shrimp next time.
Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. It wasn't cheap but what seafood is ever cheap. The wifey and I are definitely coming back!
