I always thought Zaxbys were only in Arkansas, but I surely was wrong! I was so super glad to see the restaurant on the highway exit! Went there, got my salad and totally was pleased. Food was good, SERVICE WAS NOT the BEST but I’m kinda use to it unfortunately! That’s just what you get when you don’t cook/eat at home.
Nice experience, kinda chilly in the restaurant, there a/c works really well.

Little less of condiments on fries that would be my change as fries are great but the red salt condiment was more than expected.
Tried this place for the first time. The service was friendly and multiple employees greeted us. Lobby was clean and orderly. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to this or another location. Like how they offer different sauces for the wings/boneless and more variety than others.
The food is good and hot. However their service is extremely slow. I went in the evening and they weren't very busy and took forever to get the food out. They had 3 or 4 people back in the kitchen who were playing around with each other instead of working. That's not what you want to see especially when you have to wait a long time for your food.
Their cobb salad is very good and fulfilling. First time trying the salad and I'm glad that I did. Will order it again during my next visit.
This Sugarland location is wonderful!! It was on a Sunday, and I expected it to be packed. Only 2 people were dining in. I loved zaxbys ever since I lived in GA... So I took my roommate, it was her first time trying it. She loved it. She and I was impressed how professional the employees were. I got fried pickles, the cobb salad and insane hot wings, which are the hottest ones. There's alot of things that aren't hot to me, and these cleared my sinuses. The flavor is the best. I could eat 100 of them. Too bad there isn't a challenge. Anyways... give them a try... you won't be disappointed... the food and service is A+.
It was my 1st time eatting here so I was a little cautious...but I tried thair chicken parmishawn frys...it was so f---king !!!!!I had to put a statement on it but I will return to check out the other stuff other menu..
Drive thru service was great and wait for hot food was not long at all.
This was my first time here and the customer service i received was wonderful. LaDarius didn’t make me feel rushed in what I was trying to order. He was very polite! I would definitely recommend!
The food was fresh and hot, but a little salty with seasoning. The staff was nice. We had to wait for the food & drinks, but I prefer to wait for fresh food than be rushed with un-fresh food.
Great atmosphere and service. Wasn't too busy. The food was great, and nothing was too different except its chicken is better than Canes
