I've come to this Cici's often and the food is tasty. It's a little old and run down and could use some TLC but all in all it is a good deal. Especially if you remember to request a personal pizza made your way for no extra charge while dining in and don't forget to eat dessert pizza!
Kids love it! All you can eat pizza and games?! A was a few of the games took our money. When we told the manager, he immediately refunded us and put signs up for other patrons.
The food quality is very basic however the staff are very helpful at this particular location visited today. Today there were no soft drink options because they were out of CO2 so I had to drink water which is okay. I also absolutely love the Zesty Pepperoni Pizza and the staff was very accommodating in preparing a fresh one for me.
I host my driving safety class here, and it's been decent. The food is consistent, there's rarely a scheduling conflict and the service has been okay. We've had a few disagreements, but they typically get things resolved in a timely manner. Overall, a pretty good location.
Good joint to enjoy your Pizza unlimited. Two guys worked hard to keep the tables and floor clean, particularly Frank (I asked for the name later) kept the tables clean. Great 🥗 salad bar. Variety of Pizzas and you can order one if you like it different - say, if you need Veggie 🍕 pizza.
Good budget place to visit and enjoy pizza..
The variety they offer is much better than I remember as a child, however as I child I wasn't really interested in variety when it came to pizza so take that with a grain of salt. My kids loved it, the service was good, the video games entertained them for a while after we were done eating and it was an overall pleasant meal.
Good salad, I'm glad they got fresh spinach on the salad bar. I had a happy salad!
Pizza was good. Make sure to snatch when fresh out the hot box. Don't be stupid and grab pizza that has been sitting there and then complain that it isn't good. Let the kids grab the trash pizza so that you can get the hot fresh pizza they won't taste the difference they just like to eat cause they some fat children. Arcade room game is decently packed with fun stuff except the stupid claw game never let's me win and I lost 5 sickles worth of cash on it.
Can't beat this deal for a pizza buffet.
Good variety of pizza selections, supream, meats, jalapeno, and pineapple.
The abundance of food can fill any hungry mans munchies.
Sure the tables could be wiped down again, but it adds character and authenticity of a pizza buffet that caters to young families.
Along with dinning space, the game room is good for the children, loads of space for them to mess about and be kids.

Negatives- smelly bathroom, some games did not work, had to move to a new tables after sitting at it and finding the table to be sticky.
Good for the price. Don't go when it's busy people are just rude at buffets and will take 4-5 pieces leaving you nothing. All in all good, the manager he's very nice and sincere and wants your experience to be good. So because of that I'll go back again!
This location of Cici's Pizza has been the best for me so far within the Southwest Houston area. They are more consistent in knowing what the customers want to eat and not just have the buffet line full of pizza that is not being eaten. Even managers/employees would instantly recognize a table that is empty plated and ask them what they would like. I would definitely recommend this place.
