Wow!!!! Tasty food at a great price. First time eating here and would highly recommend it!
The food and service is VERY good! The food tastes great!
However, I washed my hands in the restroom. It was like as if I walked into a gas station restroom (not buc-ees). The sink and toilets were really dirty.
I gave a 4☆ because of the restroom.
I love their corn bread. Great food. Good place to buy if you're catering for a group. Look for the option that gets you a free whole rotisserie chicken with your purchase. More for your money. The new rosemary lemon chicken sounds interesting. I'll probably try it next time I visit.
I had a great experience here tonight! When I walked in the door, Austin greeted me right away with a great attitude! I was ordering chicken noodle soup to go and I mentioned that the chicken corn chowder looked good as well. He offered me a sample and a sample to take home to my wife and a bunch of crackers. Both were great but the chicken noodle soup was the best! Great restaurant, will keep going back!
The food is amazing! Just felt like it could have been cleaner, specifically the rr. But over all good place.
Came in here on a cold Monday after a long day at work looking for some comfort food. Jordan and Victoria were SO kind and thoughtful. They actually chat with you and make you feel welcome. I really appreciated their outstanding service, and the food was tasty. A great visit. 😃
This Boston Market always has very delicious food. I've lived in the Sugar Land area for several years and have come to this location at least a few times per month and I'm never disappointed. The 3 piece dark meet meal is my favorite along with the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes casserole. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. All the employees are always smiling which makes the trip there even more worth it. Thanks!
Great food! I had the quarter white rotisserie chicken meal which comes with 2 sides and a cornbread roll. They have an ample selection of side items to choose from and some delicious looking desserts. I like the fact that you actually get to see the side items and desserts before you choose them. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. Definitely a nice change from regular fast food if you need a good meal quick.
I was craving their sweet potato casserole so I stopped for dinner. Great customer service. They were busy but seemed to be keeping up with cleaning the tables, etc. I'm vegetarian now so I haven't ate here much lately. I ordered a veggie plate this time. Good food for a good price.
I need their secret recipe. This place never fails and serves the most delicious chicken and sides!!! I’m a picky eater, but I would willingly walk in here and eat any side anyone told me to eat. I’ve been going here for at least 12 years. SOOO PERFECTLY DELICIOUS. The manager is really nice too. The women’s bathroom does need a little renovation though.
OMG when i tell you this is my Son's Go to spot for Lunch that would be an understatement. This kid loves Boston market, Food it OK but the workers sometimes have attitudes and the wait on occasions is very long, not because of the traffic because of the speed the employees feel like being at. but other than that pretty good spot to go to
I just wanted to give five stars for Mr. Jonathan at the Sugarland Boston Market for being so patient with me as he helped me navigate the ordering process. I messed it up completely online and was extremely frustrated, but Mr Jonathan took his time to explain everything to me patiently and made sure to get my work group’s Thanksgiving dinner food ordered correctly. He made a very frustrating moment into a very memorable experience and I just wanted to thank Mr Jonathan and Boston Market for providing excellent customer service and patience with their customers! I truly appreciate you all and the great work you all provide! God bless!
