Oh wow! The other reviews are true, Soulmans has excellent bbq! The meats are deliciously smoked. Beautiful smoke rings and flavor. The brisket was melt in your mouth tasty. The ribs perfect! The pulled pork was so juicy and tender. None of the meats needed sauce. That is definitely a sign of great bbq. The sides were delish too. Especially the Ranchero beans. Service was great and employees friendly. Dining area was clean.
The customer service for this restaurant is amazing!!! The first order we got delivered was a missing somethings. But when we emailed them about it the owner called my husband and then the store manager actually drove a new order out herself and delivered it. They went above and beyond to assist my husband. He is a truck driver and it meant the world to him that the staff took the extra time to assist him.
Some people judge a BBQ establishment by just brisket. Same here, but I also like to try ribs, chicken, and sausage and how it all comes and goes together. The brisket and ribs here are delicious. Sausage melts in your mouth. I will get to the chicken (and dessert) another time. I had potato salad and green beans as my side. I washed this all down with some sweet tea with a splash of lemonade.
Brisket and ribs were perfect! Grabbed some banana pudding for the road and rang the bell on the way out.
Meat is the star here!! Brisket was really tasty, so tender and not dry at all. Chicken is moist and slightly smoky. Ribs were tender and seasoned well. Sides were ok, potato salad and Mac and cheese not outstanding, but good. Beans needed to be cooked about 30 more minutes, too firm for my taste. Buttermilk pie was heavenly! Overall, the meat ruled, which is all that matters at a bbq joint. Will definitely be back.

Very excellent! Had the Pulled Pork Special sandwich with 2 sides and drink. Had sides if potato salad and some fabulous slaw!!! Will definitely go back!
