Even though they are short staff, the ones that are have always made sure that they gave us fresh pizza. They're always friendly even in stressful situations.

I went in to purchase a hot and ready item during the prescribed hours, which means the item should be available for immediate purchase. The person in front of me selected the same item. There were two in the case. When my turn came, the employee who took my order threw the second box on the floor. Apparently the item was out of date. I waited a few minutes and my order was filled. The employee who then filled my order forgot the marinara I had ordered, but a look at my receipt remedied the situation. The upside to the wait was my ordering being fresh and hot.
