Me and my friend go here just about every week and always have great and fast service. The food is always great. They do keep it cold in there so I'd recommend wearing a windbreaker or a light jacket if dinning in.
What an awesome experience. Staff were very attentive and kind. Most of all the manager William “Will” made the day shine with his can do attitude and sense of humor. He had everyone laughing and smiling at one another. The world needs more people like him and I was so glad we had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. Thank you
We had an all around awesome experience. Everyone's order arrived precisely as hoped and cooked perfectly. Waffle House is very lucky to have an employee that is as hard working, customer friendly, and provides such excellent service. Paul is certainly an asset to the company. Stopped in here on our back from Columbus for some lunch. I loved the lady that took our order. She was a riot. Made for a fun atmosphere. The food was great. Kids loved the waffles. The Sausage, egg, home fries and cheese skillet was really good too! Large portions too!
The Waitress, The Cooks AND The Food were all Phenomenal! We have never had so much fun and good food! Lovely to see families who work together!
We arrived around 7:30pm last night. There was only 1 man working. He was cooking, waiting tables, register and still greeting customers as they came in. He said the other person didn't show. We and another couple wanted to clean tables for him.... But he was calm and took it for what it was! VERY disappointed in Waffle house for leaving him in this position but he took a bad situation and made it the best he could... Left him a $10 tip for a $12 meal- he earned it!
