Very good place. Clean, and friendly staff. Many options to choose with food. They have subs, salads, pizza of many varieties. Reasonably priced selection when it comes to pizza. I have always loved Donatos and will come back. I wish they would put them back in Orlando, FL.
Was here last Friday night for a pickup order. Our order wasn't done until 55 min later even though the expectation was set for 20 minutes. When I asked why we were still waiting they said that they were just now making the salad. So the pizza was getting cold in the window and the salad wasn't mad

I made a delivery order and received incorrect salads. I called and the manager was awesome, offered a credit or the corrected product. I opted for the corrected salads because I was really looking forward to it :-) They were back at my door within 15 minutes! Really great customer service & the foo
Apparently it is extremely hard to follow simple instructions and cut a pizza. Done with this place.

I have never had any issues with them. Food is always to order. I always get a sub and/or personal pizza and have never had any issues. Just tried to the meatballs (more like meat disks) for the first time and they are amazing. I'm not sure what they are but I will definitely be ordering them again.
