Try the sesame rice balls for dessert, make sure to order it halfway through your meal, they make it fresh takes about 15 min, definitely recommend eating in very friendly service!

Very cute hole in the wall Pho place in Syosset. Delicious food, decent pricing, good atmosphere. Came with my family, would recommend to a friend.

Love this place so much. Really happy to have a great Vietnamese place near home. Hard to find good Asian food around here. I love the beef pho with spicy broth it’s my favorite <3 Staff is really nice as well

I've been a customer of The Rolling Spring Roll since they first opened a small storefront restaurant in Farmingdale. Glad they opened a store in Syosset a few years back. The food has always been good, but lately - today, in particular - the food has been fantastic. I've never had an complaint about the quality of ingredients, but recently it's earned a standout compliment. Whatever has changed, please keep it up!

Is the only good pho place in the area. Good quality overall. I do wish they be little more generous with meat portion sizes. Is a little thin and few.

We had X-large Beef Pho with extra meat! It was too much for 1 person to finish and Very good Pho for Long Island. Spring rolls were tasty as well. The Vietnamese coffee was perfect and I was happy to see them making it the traditional way with the individual percolators. Service was the best and we didn’t feel rushed. We will be back!

The barbeque chicken bun is so good! It's not southern saucy BBQ, but more like char grilled chicken & slightly sweet... made with thigh meat which is my fave. The spring rolls and sandwiches are great! I like the salmon bun too. The beef pho is nice too, wish it had more beef. Casual place with a modern, industrial feel. Funky 80s music is always on. Plenty of parking in the plaza's lot.

We were wet from the rain and exhausted from work when we arrived at The Rolling Spring Roll. Only Vietnamese pho could revive our weary spirits, and luckily, we could find a tasty reprieve at this restaurant. My XL beef pho was a hot and delicious blessing for my stomach, but it was not quite as "XL" as I had hoped (but it was still filling enough). Our waitress was a little delayed to take our order, but she was surprisingly friendly. My companions also ordered pho, as well as the summer rolls. The rolls failed to make it out of the kitchen on time, so we took them to go. The decor is pretty basic, but there is an interesting multi-colored owl statue to look at. The prices were nice, which makes me want to come back

So lucky to have a family owned and operted restaurant serving great Vietnamese food in this area. They grew this business from a food truck. I used to have to travel to thier first brick and mortar restaurant in Farmingdale. The pho and noodle dishes are amazing as are the crepes. Spring rolls and summer rolls as well as chicken wings are delicious.

Melvin was the host. Excellent service. He went above and beyond. The wings were okay. The eggs rolls were crispy and delicious.

First time having Pho and it was very flavorful. The service was fast but not very friendly. That wouldn't stop me from going back though.

Tasty, authentic Vietnsmese food. Fresh ingredients, great broth, classic bahn mi. Pricey end, but still good.

Rolls are super fresh. Sauces were a little pedestrian. Staff, service and speed were spectacular.

Some of the reviews I'm reading on here are crazy... -The portions are huge. -It is the best pho on Long Island, hands down -the quality hasn't dipped at all if anything it's gotten better. Rolling spring roll will forever be my go to pho spot.
