I have been here many times. Usually a good experience. The only bad experience was for just one time when we waited about 8 minutes at the bar for a drink. The bartender apologized and said she was the only bartender. But other experiences were good. The food is very good. Timing of food coming out is appropriate. My wife always gets the chicken Milanese, I always get one of the pizzas. It is very clean. It is one of the restaurants in our rotation.
Nice place. Really casual vibe. Reasonable prices and good food. Reasonably clean. The service was really good here. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. Casual pub on steroids kind of feel. The wait for a table was only 15 minutes. I had the Riggies Pizza and my wife had the Riggies (we really like Riggies). The Margherita's were really good. No mix. Will definitely be back.
My husband and I wanted a new eating spot and a friend suggested this place. It’s very family friendly and we got seated within 10-20 min (you can check online if there’s ppl or not). We have been here twice and have enjoyed both times. The waiters are very friendly and check in on you! The food portions are big and filling. Our favorite appetizer are the wings because it’s so flavorful and have wanting you for more. My husband got a burger and he definitely enjoyed it. We’ll come back again another time because the food definitely fills us up and satisfy us. If you’re in the area, definitely recommend trying it (:

Very food food, seasonal specials are reasonable priced and large portions. We were hungry so forgot pics this time. Pizza and soup, fish and chips all excellent.
YUM! I had the new fondue chicken, which blew my mind. Totally unique and delicious. The veggies that came with it seemed unseasoned and didn't have any butter or oil, which was underwhelming, but the chicken dish itself more than made up for it - I do not live nearby so I am currently experimenting to try to figure out how to make it myself - it's THAT good! Friendly service, only a short wait; helpful waitstaff who made suggestions when asked. We enjoyed the variety of families, couples, teens on first dates, etc. that we saw there, and got a great booth in the back with a cozy lamp. Bring a jacket - we were very cold. Creative menu with something for everyone - we will definitely be back when we come back to town! Very reasonably priced, especially for the quality and quantity of food.
We used the app to get a seating time. Worked well. Only had to wait about ten minutes after arriving. There were ten of us and the waitress was excellent. All of us enjoyed our meals. A rarity. Definitely recommend.
Jenn was an amazing host. In fact all staff was very attentive and made sure our dining experience was wonderful. We were a large party, seated early with no wait or issues in a ready private room despite how early we were. Drinks poured in abundance while our food was made to order.
Came to CopperTop between hockey games with the whole team and families, they accommodated us on a days notice, staff was amazing with the little siblings and all the hockey kids. Food was delicious, lots of options, and the kids ate all their food as well! Highly recommended
I highly recommend it! I really like nice atmosphere and great host. Waitress was good and food was timely and food was good! They had a different kind of many and typically pizza which was good!
I have been to Coppertop a few times now and am never disappointed. The food is amazing, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I recommend the avocado egg rolls and friench onion burger, yum!
Good food as I've come to expect from this establishment. Despite being very busy service was very good in my opinion. I don't think we waiting for anything very long. Atmosphere was fine, nothing special but not uncomfortable.
Food was very good! Jamaican jerk wings & bang bang shrimp noodles were amazing! Fast service and great portions!
Love it love it! First experience and a lasting one. Right from the start the hostess was very nice and told us about the specials as we walked to our booth.

I had the Haddock and my wife had the french onion burger. And we shared the NEW SHEPPARDS PIE, and a french onion fondue. Everything was excellent, cooked perfect and great flavor profiles.
My only complaint would be the shoestring fries , I'm not a fan of long skinny fries I like the crinkle cut or wedge much better. But that is preference and cant knock them for that.
And i really wanted the truffle fries but substututions not allowed 😥.

Over the years, this has proven to be one of our favorite casual restaurants. Try the pasta-chip nachos as an appetizer for two to four people. Their kitchen makes one of our favorite pizzas in Syracuse, the Sicilian. We ask that it be garnished with chopped basil instead of parsley, and request a small side of marinara to dip the crust The restaurant's atmosphere is warm and comfortable and the service is friendly and efficient. UPDATE: They recently purchased and renovated the building next door, so they can now host large private parties.
Went for happy hour after Monday meetings and the beer selection was great ( cold and tasty.) The happy hour munchies hit the spot. Thanks Jillian for the awesome help.
There was a long wait list for dinner. However, we decided to sit at the huge copper bar. I had Wachusett blueberry beer (yes, those are blueberries in the beer), pesto chicken sandwich, and avocado egg rolls for an appetizer. All the food was amazing! I would definitely go back again and again.

Came here last year for my birthday to treat my friends. Was one of the first restaurants we visited since covid and it had a clean environment. Amazing food & service and has great options for vegetarians. Had a great time!
