This place is awesome! Their breadsticks are so cool, and Alfredo dipping sauce is amazing! We had the veggie pizza they made it wring at first, but they were very sweet and apologized multiple times, and they remade it quickly! We had a small sized pizza and 1 breadstick. It was almost too much for 2 people. Couldn't ask for a better waitress shout out to Joslyn!!
Took the family here as we all have different tastes. We were able to satisfy everyone with the options of kids meals, pasta, pizza/calzone, and salads. The breadtwists were a highlight :) They are longer than our kids arms! Top it off with delicious Italian Sodas and this was a winning place for dinner!
Pizza is Great! I had the chicken Alfredo, which was probably the best chicken Alfredo pizza I've ever had. Then I went and tried the thin crust style, ruined the pizza. The crust is really good, but thin crust defeats the purpose of eating a pizza IMO. It probably goes better with other pizzas, just the not the Alfredo.
The Pizza Factory is located near antelope island. The ice for the drinks is the little cubes that people seem to like. We ordered an extra large thin crust pizza. They also have a nice salad bar with a lot of variety. If you go make sure to order a bread twist (or four) because they are really tasty, garlicky on the outside soft and warm inside. Good service, come for the ice stay for the twists.
Love love the bread sticks! Service slow but worth the wait! Reasonable prices! You must get the breadsticks!!
The pizza is great, but we keep saying we need to go just for a breadsticks night. They're amazing!!!
I will only come here for there Alfredo pizza and pasta so GOOD! There breads ticks are also phenomenal! Service is great they are very attentive and kind. Definitely recommend!
We love the lunch menu. The service also, had Olivia wait on us a few times, she does a great job!

We went with a big table full of family.
I must eat gluten free, so it is hard to watch everyone else go on and on about the wonderful breadsticks that actually come on a stick - but they had a great time, of course.
I was able to order a typical gluten free pizza, for which I'm grateful. It is unusual that they have several sizes, instead of only one (frozen) crust. The small one Really is small! I did not get sick, which is the important part.
We were seated just past the reception area near the door, which opened and closed the whole time, of course - in February. I was cold the whole time.
My husband spoke to the waitress in advance about having the entire bill come to him, but she (more work! ) handed around 4 separate bills and then people wouldn't give them to him to pay. Our purpose was to take everyone to dinner, so that was disappointing.
The food is great and a great staff that made the mood for the restaurant a fun atmosphere a A+ in my book.
Amazing Food! They have a great amount of things to eat! From Pizza to Lasagna! A little bit pricey but overall a great place to eat. The people are friendly and the food it's great! What I ordered was the Cajun Chicken Pasta ((Without Shrimps)) great pasta but a bit spicy. Also the breadsticks are amazing! Soft and Delicous! Overall Great Food and Service!

Okay this place is awesome! Salad bar is a nice but I think it should be a added to large pizzas or something like a deal where you get an unlimited salad bar If you buy something specific. To increase value cause it's a bit pricey.
The bread sticks are amazing!!! Really good.
The pizza options are pretty good.
But the only bad thing is the crust is average and unfortunately our pizzas were a bit doughey and chewy especially the deep dish pizza. Id say improve on your dough recipe and cooking process or quality control.
I loved the atmosphere it was really nice kept cozy and most importantly *CLEAN*
more combo deals or family deals would be nice. Like I said I think it needs more value on the price.
We went for our first time for a daughter’s birthday and we were pleasantly surprised! While the decor makes it look (to me) like a low budget pizza place, the food and service was anything but!
Our great server, Hayley, really showed excellent customer service, even with a full load of tables and training a new employee! She took the time to explain the menu and what they’re known for- which in my opinion is their foot-long breadsticks- WOW!
The pizzas were great and they even have a great tasting gluten feee crust.
All in all, I highly recommend the pizza factory and have already sent a couple of friends who were impressed as well!
